They took out the food I liked they don't serve them anymore so I'm not really to fond of mcDs.
They are terrible at getting the orders right, every single time we go we get attitude and our order is ALWAYS WRONG! they are... just lazy and don't want to read the order tag. I've got charged twice and they refused to fix it I had to go threw my bank andmy bank had to shut down my card to send me a new one just to get my money back! You can hear employees gossiping aboutcustomers and I've watched the people making burgers and nuggets drop a patty and nugget on the dirty contaminated counter andpick it up and put it on the bun/in the box they are serving to customers!!! Isn't the frappe machine supposed to be cleanedwhen they close down for the night at 12, is it just also pure laziness they don't want to make the frappes in the morning sothey say they're cleaning the frappe machine everyday morning that's a little unsanitary if they leave it like that overnight! Very fast, super friendly but the food quality was drastically down. The McChicken tasted liked soap and cardboard. For a... sandwich that was on the dollar menu not that along ago and is now $2.29, it does not justify the price increase. I do hope thatthe hard working employees received a raise and a substantial one at that. They obviously did not put the profits from theoverall $1-$3 price increase on every sandwich in their menu into food quality or restaurant updating. Read more
It?s ridiculous they still don?t have the dinning room open and they?re always understaffed and they have the drive through line... packed, the food is never anywhere near being acceptable to the expected already sub par quality of fast food that is beingserved and it?s only due to them being the only restaurant still open late in town is why I ever go there. This location is always very busy. They're nice... the woman helping us in the drive thru seemed overwhelmed but was friendly.... My only complaint was our breakfast plate was thrown together and the pancakes were folded and squished like they had beensitting there for awhile. Read more
