Paul's is willing to work with vegan diets even though their menu isn't accommodating. On two occasions, they've let me bring in... vegan cheese and vegan sausages (as long as they're in unopened packages) to supplement their gluten free crust (which isvegan). I feel like they could be a five-star vegan option if they just kept a few items on hand in a freezer and had some veganoptions on their menu, because the results were delicious. Read more

Paul's is legit NY pizza, with outdoor seating for those of you with dogs. Some of the best chicken parmesan I've had in years.... My wife had the mini-Vinnie calzone, which was huge and "really good." Read more

No offence to anybody in Humboldt, but you all have been lied to about what good food is. They do the bare minimum to make your... food edible in this county and sell it to you at prices more expensive than Portland or Seattle for something that cant evenhold a light up to the the food in other areas. Pizzas are cold, and sauce has no flavor, Mexican food is boring and has nospice/ salsa as bland as can be and Italian food might as well be made by your mother with tomatoes out of a can. I'll pray foryour county that somebody comes in with good deals and quality food cause they are ripping you all off. Read more

Probably would have given 4 stars for pricing but they do offer Gluten Free pizza also so that bumped it up. I love the pizza... and I know the cost is rising everywhere. Probably better to buy these by the slice unless you're having a party but man....thin pizza is so good I usually buy a whole pizza when we do splurge just so we can have leftovers. Yum! Read more

The place was clean the seats were big and comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful. I've never been to New York so I can't... compare but the Pizza was good not write home about it but satisfying. Thin a little greasy crust was crunchy I would definitelygo back for another slice. All we had was pizza next time I'll try other things on the menu. Read more

Unreal!!! The man in the flannel shirt is cooking the pizza and he kept touching his hair and face without washing his hands... then I watch him handle my pizza after it?s cooked. This place is very Unsanitary. The lady behind the counter was eating theentire time talking to customers while chewing.. caution to all that eat here Read more

Totally enjoyed Paul?s live. Second visit as good as the first. As you can tell nothing left from the Fried Ravioli and... mozzarella sticks. The mussel?s marinara were amazing last time and Cindy loves the pizza. Amazing that we can just have aslice. Btw, best fries in town. Thanks for coming to Fortuna. Read more
