Cheeseburger came without cheese. They made another and couldn't bother to melt the cheese. Fries were slightly warm...hoping... for hot. Took 5 minutes to get a napkin. Read more
The food is pretty good, but whatever you do, do NOT order by phone or make requests. Use the online page. The people working... there become easily confused over the phone, and will likely mess up your order whether big or small. The employees workingthere follow a very linear course, and anything that deviates from the course will cause them to malfunction (does notcompute). For example, pickup orders are wrapped in foil. I had requested if they could wrap it in paper or just leave thefoil open so the food doesn't get soggy. Sweet summer child, I should have known better. They messed up the order, wrapped thefood in foil, and put all the toppings in seperate bowl for me to put on myself. As I said, don't order by phone or evenattempt to make the smallest of requests. We were standing there for few minutes waiting for someone to order for us after a few minutes, this employee ( an Indian guy)... first asking us what we would like to order and then suddenly took out his phone tell us that we can’t not order anymore,because is 10pm already. Also he pointed at the cup telling us (smiling weirdly) he could give us some water. We did not come infor A CUP OF WATER. We went in before 10 why couldn’t he tell us that they’re closed at first but telling us when we aboutto order. Very lousy and rude attitude. Read more

Let me be honest, I just came here because I had a craving for some good fries. Five Guys never disappoints. I placed my pick-up... order on Google, and when I arrived, my burger was ready and the employee dropped my fries in the fryer so they could me freshand hot for me. They were PERFECTLY crispy. I love that Five Guys keeps a little potato skin on the fries. That meal hit thespot. Read more
Okay, so maybe a cheeseburger and fries are not the healthiest of meals, but if you're going to live, you might as well enjoy... yourself. As our friends from Germany remind us, "Five Guys is the best!" Would we agree? After eating burgers in over 30 USstates and more than a dozen countries (and we usually try to avoid the major chains), Five Guys ranks at the top of the majorburger chains for us, and in the top dozen or so globally, in our humble opinion.
