Have usually been happy with Happy Lemon but today they messed up my order big time. Ordered black milk tea with salted cheese... and boba. They forgot the boba and told me I never asked them for it. They then added it from the top. The second thing Iordered was the Ube Milk tea with Taro cream & boba with 75% sugar. They didn't add any sugar at all. It was all just bittertea. I also asked for 25% ice and it didn't feel like it. They assumed I wanted a large when the earlier one I ordered was amedium. Giving them 3 stars because the black milk tea was nice or it would've been lesser. Read more
Good boba shop. BUSY. Expect to wait a few minutes before placing your order (through the cashier or the self order ipad). ... Drinks do take up to 30 minutes during busy times... there was only one worker making drinks; very understaffed, but the drinkwas GREAT! Also the waffles smell aaaaaaaaaammmmmmaaaaazing, regret not getting one. Read more

Happy Lemon is a global Bubble Tea Franchise established in China in 2006.Happy Lemon spans around the world in over 1500 locations It is one of the few Bubble Tea brands that is publicly traded in theworld. This specific location was in Foster City. It?s small but has indoor and outdoor seats. I ordered their Passionfruitgreen tea with boba pearl and a classic waffle. The drink was utterly sweet (50% sweetness) and the taste was subpar to otherboba tea house. Moreover, the waffle was warm, soft and puffy. I?d say the drink was a true lemon due to its poor quality.Service was average. Prices were inexpensive. I didn?t enjoy my tea drink and end up tossing it halfway. However, the waffle wasaverage. We got the okinawa fresh milk and jasmine milk tea with pearls and grass jelly and both of them were phenomenal! Very pronounced... tea flavor and the pearls had good flavor and chew. Quick and friendly service! Read more
Lots of flavors I was visiting from out of town and kept going back The Okinawa fresh milk with black sugar was soooo good,... tried a salted cheese drink as well the Oreo milk tea tiramisu not my favorite but fun to try. Waiting isnt terrible but it canget a bit busy. Read more
I like the salty cheese. Paid extra for cheese but didn't get extra. The lady didn't realize I ordered extra cheese until she... poured the cheese. The cup was having regular amount tea but she didn't want to redo it. Read more
Descent menu of drinks and eggettes (waffles). Prices are standard. Plenty of parking. A couple of tables inside and a few more... outside for those who wish to enjoy their purchase on site. Get the Happy Lemon card you can use at this and other HL locationsto earn reward points. Read more
