There were 3 cars in drive thru total..each took,a long time and when I got to the window I,could see my drinks on the counter... and one girl FINALLY came to take payment and said it would be a minute...4 mins later at least another girl came asked if Ipaid and handed me those drinks and I said the other girl should have done that and she said the other girl may not haverealized...I DID! I ordered a large Pumpkin iced coffee with a double shot. I could barely taste the pumpkin unfortunately. I was sad about that.... I also ordered a pumpkin donut which was kind of dry but still good. Read more
Associates were friendly and the coffee was good. Service was also very quick, food was standard fare.
I went at a slower time of day therefore fast service...great Avocado toast
40 minutes in the drive thru line just to have a minor get angry. Needless to say they lost a daily customer. The owner needs to... get involved and get more people to work or maybe she should help out. Here's an idea....close the lobby and allow o ly drivethru if you are that short staffed. 90% of the time the coffee needs fixed anyways so I'm not sure why I keep supporting them.Also I think that if your employees feel the need to get nasty over the microphone they should be able to take it themselves.Society is going down hill...might as well give them all safe words. Kudos to the employees! I definitely could not do a fast pace job like this. I get anxiety just thinking about it, the days the... cars are wrapped around the building and parking lot full. Sure they may sometimes get an order mixed up or not make a drink toyour liking but they do their best and if you bring it their attention they'll make it right. Read more
The donuts were great but the service was umm not the best I have had. There was 4 employees working and they were all working... drive thru, I finally got one of them to stop because I was at the front counter and I was picking out my donuts she put themdown and walked over to go help a girl that was there to pick up for door dash. Guess I was not as important as the door dashgirl. Don't think I will be back for a while. Read more
Facts this is a commercial business, they're not fast enough to have a drive thru... understaffed they should shut the drive... thru down ???? ppl like coffee but I would not go to Fostoria's in the am ...be prepared to wait 20 to 30 for a donut andcoffee...and ppl don't know how to make toast and that's bad business ....
