This subway does NOT make subs how they are required. They cut costs by putting less meat on the sliced meat subs. I am... reporting them to corporate for this. Multiple different times with different subs, all foot longs, they use 1 little roll ofmeat for the entire sandwich. Read more

I placed 2 online orders was here on time n the snotty girl ( Amy) told me she hasn?t even made them yet n told me can?t u see... we?re busy???? N told me it would be another 15 min n I?m still in parking lot waiting on my order n it?s been a Hour now I willnever come to this subway ever again!!! Read more

Went to this subway and the experience was awful. Everything was out of stock. Got to the end of my order to find out they were... out of Buffalo sauce for my Buffalo chicken sub. The employees were less than thrilled to even be working there. The ice fromthe fountain machine was definitely contaminated and tasted like dirt. Completely unsanitary. They won?t even answer their phonewhen called to try and correct these issues. Definitely would recommend that people choose a different subway. Read more

The online ordering is a joke!! Arrived at the exact time my order was suppose to be ready, and it wasnt even made yet! Also... there were only 2 guys working and one of them was rude because he was off in 3 minutes. Definitely wouldn't reccomend gettingsubway from Fostoria. Read more

The employee who served me was quick to take my order, quick to set up all our subs, asked all the necessary questions, and made... sure I had everything I needed before cashing me out. She got me out quickly so I could get where I needed to be...early even!???? Thank you so much for your good work today. All the best. Read more

Was just in about 15 minutes ago. Sign on the door requiring masks, yet none of the employees were following those guidelines... and NOT wearing masks correctly, but under their chin. Watched them make 5 subs for an online order, move that receipt to theside, and move onto the NEXT TWO online orders. All the while there were 6 people waiting in line INSIDE. 100% rude andunprofessional. No greeting. No "be with you in a moment", completely ignored! Will NOT be returning. Read more

We went and this poor girl, who was probably only about 16 was all by herself. The gentleman before us had been waiting for his... online order for about an hour according to the employee. You could tell she was struggling but she handled it VERY well! Shewas still very professional, polite, pleasant, and the food was delicious. While we waited another woman arrived to help out theyoung girl and was also very kind and pleasant. Even though they were slammed they handled the situation wonderfully anddelivered excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!! Read more
