I wish I could make this up. I ordered from here twice through DoorDash. First time was just french toast sticks, fries, and a... drink. Forgot the syrup. No big deal, people make mistakes, so I tried again at lunch time. Jr. Bacon cheeseburger with fries,chicken nuggets, and a chocolate frosty. They sent barbecue sauce, but no chicken nuggets, I ordered the burger with onlyketchup, and they sent a burger with everything EXCEPT the ketchup. I gave them a second chance, and they blew it. Fostoria, OH location: The fries were lukewarm and rubbery. Frosty was good.
Terrible. 5 out of 5 times they will screw your order up and then get upset because you said something.. New management is... needed here. Read more
Great place to eat and we really loved the new strawberry Frosty
Nobody in line and they couldn't get my mobile order correct. Maybe because it didn't all fit in the one bag they put my whole... family's orders in. And having to drive all the way back for the rest of my food. I asked for an order of fresh fries, so Iwouldn't be eating the cold ones sitting at home. Apparently that was more than the staff wanted to do. But the begrudginglygave them to me. Don't really think they deserve my money for awhile. Read more
I've never been to a bad wendy's before. This one is it. Every time I swing through they mess up the order. No pickles? they... double it, then they forget another item on the sandwhich. Order anything with crispy onions? Well they're out and they don'ttell you, instead you bight in and get a mouthful of raw onion. Upgrade your fries? You can pay for it, but they'll forget. Read more
