I was going to purchase 2 boxes of Joe at about 6am. To start off the lobby is now closed until 3pm, fine labor shortages and... all. Go to the drive thr and ask for 2 boxes of Joe and they don't have the boxes to make what is proably one of the onlyreasons people would stop by. Yet again , for the last year . It?s one thing or another . The staff is great, clean place, speedy service ?. But can?t get a... order right to save their lives . I?m not talking a whole like twelve drinks and six sandwich order , I?m talking a iced coffeefor my wife and a bagel with cream cheese ? this is not one time this is almost every time we go there . Fact is there?s aStarbucks ( wait a hour and pay 20 bucks) or the Dutch bros ( dose not have the things we like ) , so we are stuck . I?ve been going to this DD for almost 2yrs, there?s 3other coffee shops I pass. I?ve ALWAYS gone to this DD for the customer... service,NOT just the coffee. I strongly advise the owners to treat their staff w more respect, happy employees happycustomers!!! You lost the best manager & team leader this week along w other essential staff, so WHY shouldn?t I go get coffeesome where else? The new GM doesn?t show up or leaves by 4, 3 days in row NO DONUTS AFTER 11, 9am on Sunday! You have aextremely RUDE person who slams the drive through window in your face and keeps his back to you, more worried about talking onhis phone and the onion sprout ponytail sticking out of the middle of his head!!! Instead of adding a bunch of drinks to the menu, this location might want to consider focusing on the basics. I ordered a cold... brew with a flavor this morning, and it was quite possibly the worst drink I have ever had anywhere. Donuts were a little dry,but otherwise fine. Customer service was good. It would be nice if you finally got your drive-through order board fixed so you can hear right!! two times you got my order... wrong.As you?re screaming through the headset maybe listen clearly or just get it fixed when I tell you what?s wrong itshouldn?t be an inconvenience because you can?t listen. I?ve always loved Dunkin. The best part of it is they offer oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk. And for only a 50 cent up... charge. It?s hard to find that out there. My kids love their donuts so it?s a win-win for us. Good location in Fountain. Goodquick customer service and clean. Read more
They get like 2 new employees a week so clearly something going on here. They also change managers quite frequently. Why does... this matter? Slower service now. Makes it less consistent drinks may or may not be mixed at all. Espresso or add ons is missingsometimes, because their new with minimal training. Not even really their fault tbh.
