Papa John's is my favorite delivery Pizza. This particular store is hit and miss. Sometimes is closed doors locked and no... service during normal operating hours. I have ordered on line and what I got was not what I ordered. If I go there and theyare actually open and I order at the counter I tend to get exactly what I ordered. I went to review this place and saw that 3 years ago I gave the same one star review. I ordered a medium pizza and 8 wings for... $35. Pretty over priced for the terrible quality we received. A pizza with Philly steak, green peppers and mushrooms. It wascold and cut so dumb like?y?all. It was disgusting. Literally had five little pieces of meat on it. It was chewy. Please do not order anything from here. An employee of theirs coming back from a delivery tried ramming me off the road after... riding my bumper causing me to damage my vehicle just to avoid an accident. After calling the manager named Sharla whom didn'tseem to care about the incident whatsoever, I question her management abilities, and over all the entire establishment. If apizza delivery timeframe is worth more than other people's safety that placing random people on the road in harms way is...thenmaybe you should leave sooner or plan ahead, managing your time better that you don't have to would be wise. This wasn't just afast driver. Bc I'll admit, I've driven over the speed limit too at times, but a raging alcoholic like state of mind for anemployee who even had the nerve to cut me off bc my car didn't get up to speed fast enough is completely unprofessional and wayout of line. I could understand driving like that to save someone's life, but for a pizza? Come on guys. Get it together! Superupset and nobody in the fountain location seemed to care. Been ordering from here for years and it's just steadily be coming more of a dumpster fire. Perhaps you guys should take the... ridiculous delivery fee and put it towards a new pizza cutter since the past 5 times we've ordered I've had to cut my own. Maybe you could cut me a check since you treat me like an employee and make me have to work for the food I already paid for? Read more
We ordered pizza on friday and the pizza was wrong. Not a huge deal, we called to figure it out and the trainee on the phone was... super nice and offered either a refund or to remake the food. She put on the manager that was working and she was unbelievablyrude. She was mean and told us not to order from them ever again. No problem. I hope none of you do either. I'll drive toanother Papa John's across town before I do anything to help keep that manager employed. I hope they have a way to record phonecalls and can review the call. Read more

I was worried today when I ordered. I didn't realize that they have paired with door dash for when they have a high volume of... works and low on workers. I called in when the tracker was showing my order being pushed out. The women on the phone was veryreassuring that its OK, they had just picked up my order and they were on their way to my home! Yay, so the tracker was wrongwhich might take a little while to sink with the Door dash system. I think this pairing will work fantastic ????. My pizza wasdelivered within 5 mins after I got off the phone and he had a pizza warm bag! My food was great and I am so very happy! Thankyou for delivering in the cold cold snow.
