They CONSTANTLY mess up my order and spend there time talking instead of helping customers. I waited in drive through for 45... minutes so they could talk ????. Also every time I get a quesadilla it?s basically missing everything and is just a tortilla Ikid you not, have pictures to prove it. Worst taco bell in town. (Note in the pic I got a cheese quesadilla with extra sauce anddidn?t get any, basically pay extra to get LESS than what is asked for ????) Read more

These are good people. They're humans too, just like you and me. It's taco bell, what the heck are you people expecting? But... you know what It's Taco Bell, Done Right at this location. I feel like an occupant identified by serial numbers every timedining In at the nearby location uphill on a Mesa... Not down here though! We have visited this store several times and run into the same issues. Tonight we placed a mobile order, and say in the drive... through for 40 minutes waiting as the third car. The biggest issue was that we order 4 boxes and some side orders. They placedevery item in one bag although they had boxes. I asked as nothing was labeled how to tell what was what and for whom. When theyhanded me the bag it ripped and of course was a smashed soggy mess when we got home. My husband couldn't tell if what he waseating was chicken or beef. I don't know why they always do this but it's like lighting money on fire. Read more
We placed a mobile order for breakfast this morning, and when we arrived the girl working the drive though window had the best... customer service!! She was so sweet which was honestly such a breath of fresh air. The meals we got were super inexpensive andthe quality of the food and coffee was great. We've been going to this Taco Bell for 10 years. It has totally gone down hill this past year- especially in the evening. The... last 3 times they have got our order wrong and the food was horrible. It takes FOREVER to get your order. Went through tonightand 2 of the things we ordered they were out of ... After waiting 25 minutes in line to order. Truly Terrible!!! Read more
