Ordered in store, so I knew I would have to wait a little while. But not for over 30 minutes. Waited at a sticky table with... floor that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in month. Ice was out, and trying to get staff's attention was impossible. Afterwaiting for a long time, and seeing some orders that had definitely been made in store go out before me, I asked and was refuseda refund. Finally got food. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Chicken was super oily, greasy and inedible. It's in the trash.All you got is chicken and y'all failed on that hard. Read more

Quality of food was the worst. Which is sad for such a new location. The fries were over cooked and there were barely any for a... large (less than a small amount) they were so over cooked they were inedible. The wings were okay. The rolls were old & dry, nobutter. This was such a bummer. For the $70 price tag, not worth it. Read more

????TRASH! take the drive and go somewhere else. Listen, my family LOVES wings. In fact, when my husband and I met that?s all we... ate.. now here we are almost 13yrs later with kids and they love them too. When we moved to Colorado, we gave this location atry. We ordered like $70 in wings for the family. They were literally (not kidding), almost the size of drumsticks! How?!! Andthey were chewy as if they were undercooked. Talk about mad and do anyone ever really take the time to drive all the way back?!No. So I put them in the oven and cooked them longer. That was in November last year and I said never again. Today we orderedagain, this time boneless and spent $35 on the 2 of the wing specials they had. They were dry, hardly ANY sauce and the lemonpepper seasoning was piled up on 2 wings. The corn was stale and dry and way too much seasoning. My toddler loves corn on thecob and has never handed one back to us. She did today though! This is crazy. This location is literal trash. It?s confirmed, weain?t spending another dollar there..what?s the saying. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you got me (for the sake ofthe internet)messed up. Read more

I tried this location a few months ago and was disappointed. However I gave it another chance today and the food was amazing.... The only issue I ran into today was the hour wait due to them giving my food to someone else who had the same name. My food wasremade and given to me is what I was told. The food was hot even after going to two other places after getting my wings. TheKorean BBQ flavor is now my absolute favorite wing sauce. It was spicy and tasteful! Read more

My family absolutely loves Wingstop. It is our go to dinner choice. Before the Mesa Ridge Wingstop opened we would drive from... Fountain to Southgate. But so far this Wingstop on the Mesa has had major issues. These fries that we received today look likeit is rotting. The whole tray had black fries, the other try of fries were undercooked, and the lemon pepper wings were soakedin liquid. Read more

This is literally the most messy and disorganized wingstop I've ever visited. Receipts all over the counter, a literal mess... behind the cash register and leading up to the kitchen, horrendous. My order was supposed to take 53 to 63 mins, got there 63mins later and was told there was 2 orders in front of me and that there was only one person working that day. I totally getbeing shorthanded due to covid, but this is absolutely ridiculous. He doesn't even bother to pick up the phone (I called andwaited for 15 mins to answer to which nobody did.) The phone was literally still ringing as I walked in still "on hold". I donthold the single employee responsible, but if your a popular food chain this is 110% unacceptable and absolutely gross. The oneguy working even discarded his used gloves on the floor as if the entire restaurant was a garbage bin. I love wings, but imdefinitely going to put comining to this location on hold. Read more

Its slightly chaotic still but my order was correct, and good! I ordered online because I heard about longer wait times, that... was definitely the right choice. And roughly within the allotted time it stated it would take online, I found myself in and outwith food in hand. I noticed they were verifying orders twice as people came to pick up theirs. That was a nice touch given Isaw some of these reviews. Im glad I made the decision to see for myself, and I will definitely be coming back as a returncustomer, keep up the good work guys! This was my second time at this location, and it was just as disappointing as my first visit. I decided to go inside this time... to order my food.. I was told by one of the girls that she needed to wait for one of the other ladies to ring me up because shecouldn?t do it. The other lady didn?t show up until maybe 5 minutes later to help me and I was the only person in the place.They didn?t seem too busy either? I only had to wait about 10minutes for my food which was good! However, I had asked for extracrispy and they definitely were not. The mild sauce was pretty much just oil and tasted awful. They were out of almost alldrinks too.. The Buffalo fries were the only thing on the menu that was okay..Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my foodand for the price, I?d recommend going somewhere else. I won?t be returning. Read more
