Came in and the manager or someone supervising was screaming and cussing out the young worker for not going fast enough, while... the kid was apologizing. Could hear it clearly in the front. Completely unprofessional and no wonder local places have issueshiring and keeping staff. I wouldn?t want my kids to ever put up with that kind of workplace abuse. Will not ever come backhere. It?s rare that I leave a negative comment about a local eatery. This is an exception. I live here all year, not a snowbird. I... choose to live here, shop here and frequent local businesses. We dine out 3-4 times weekly. Rosati?s manager, Cory (sp) has alot to learn about customer service. Young and dumb is my guess. He has no idea how to function in the real world. The realchallenge is that a local restaurant will get hurt because of the words of one employee with only a modicum of common sense. IfCory is a family member (?) then you?re stuck with him. Don't like do.much corn meal on bottom but sauce has good flavor. Didn't care for the wings either, bits and pieces.

This is one of the best pizza spots in town. The service was awesome and the food was even better. From what I observed from the... lobby the manager Corey was very friendly and attentive to cleanliness and making sure the kitchen was running smoothlydefinitely recommend next time you're feeling pizza! I'm really disappointed in the Fountain Hills Rosati's, especially since we've had good experiences previously. But I guess... things have changed. I logged on to their website to see what coupons they have and they offered a $25 meal deal for two pizzasand a two-liter, see attached screen grab. I ordered on the phone and mentioned the couple. When I got to the store they saidit would be $32 and the math didn't make sense, because tax isn't that much. When I asked why, Kevin (the manager maybe) saidthat special is now more expensive and showed me his printed menu. I explained their website still said $25 but he didn't seemto care. So I said I'd pass on the order if they didn't honor the website price. Kevin replied that I'd be banned from futureorders. Okay, I guess they just lost me as a customer for life. Which is kind of stupid over a $7 delta, especially since theyalready made the product. He should have honored the web coupon, updated the site, and had a life-long customer. Dumb. Idon't normally write reviews, but I have 20 minute free while I wait for pizza from another place up the road. It's sad, butRosati's Fountain Hills done me wrong. :( Read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars, but alas, 1 star is the minimum. I just waited outside for an hour for 2 sandwiches. That is... 1 hour, outside, after the 30 minutes I was told on the phone. Total time was an hour and a half. Two weeks ago, I picked apizza and knew immediately it was NOT what I ordered. I told the staff person and only got a shrug. I have been going to thisRosati's for almost 20 years. Previous owners of this franchise provided good food and service and that is why I kept comingback. I will not be going back anymore. Read more

Do yourself a favor and patronize any other pizza joint but these guys. We've tried several times to support our local business... but have been disappointed on all but a single occasion. The orders (placed online or by telephone) are either not ready whenpromised or in the case of the online experience, the discounts offered it advertised never get properly applied. WhenCorporate was contacted and we shared the experience by their website, they promised to pass the comments to the localfranchise. Never heard back from them or Corporate ever again...total blow-off and lip service. Our last attempt to pickup fromthem was met with rude, arrogant employees who seemed to care less about offering any explanation as to why the latest poorexperience. We shared the disappointing hour wait after they stated "order pick-up" with several others waiting by the frontdoor for their (late) orders...mass chaos! These guys have the potential to offer good food at a decent price, but theirservice and attitude toward their customer sucks big time...I'll choose somewhere else for my future business and hope they gobust and are replaced.
