LM! WOW! I completely agree with you! I am also an Uber driver and I can?t believe the way I get treated when I pick up... deliveries there . They truly are bullies . We absolutely should NEVER be treated like this by any establishment. I think theyreally need to retrain there employees properly on how to treat people . I 100 percent agree with You and I feel like I?mbeing bullied every time I pick up an order from there. Expensive eatery!!! I went there for a Friday night dinner. The food was very good. The service was courteous and polite. ... The place was very clean and open. My mom and I went through the drive thru and waited at least 20 minutes. We are use to the wait but when we were paying they... have a machine that asks for a tip. We said no tip. Our food was about $30 and that is with no drinks. The cashier lady asked ifwe wanted sauce and said yes and that we wanted red sauce. When we got our food there was no sauce in the bag. By the time wewere going to tell her she had already closed the window. We waited about 5 minutes she looked a us like 5 times and did nothingso we just left. The food is over priced and there's a 50/50 chance if your order is right or if it is good. We have lived inFountain Hills for 20 years and at this point we won't be going back. Read more

***update*** Increased from 1 star to 2 stars. I went back today to give them another try; my family still loves the the way... their food used to taste. They were very friendly today and got my order correct. I did not have any difficulty ordering atthe drive thru. Unfortunately, our shredded beef tacos were bad again. I?ve always loved their tacos! They are usually freshwith a crispy shell, warm and juicy shredded beef, and a generous topping of fresh lettuce and tomatoes, with a sprinkle ofcheese on top. Now for the second time in a row they seem not fresh, overly greasy, and with very little lettuce and tomato anda clump of melted cheese. Original Review: Where do I begin?. This place has always given me headaches with the drive thru.There has always been a 50/50 chance of whether the order is correct. I can usually tell when giving the order- the persontaking the order always seems distracted and talking to others at the same time. If I feel up for it, I?ll ask them to repeatmy order back to me. I strongly recommend you do this. Thankfully I only live about 2 minutes away because at least 3 times Ihave had to drive back for something they missed. I?ve learned my lesson and now I just check everything right there in thecar. When they miss things, it?s usually something on the receipt, but occasionally something that mysteriously did not make itsway on to the receipt even though I thought the communication on both ends was clear during the order. The food is usuallyreally good but tonight I ordered 2 shredded beef tacos and they were soaking in grease with hardly any lettuce and tomato, andwith a clump of melted cheese. It was absolutely gross. They threw in some chips for some reason but they were inedibly stale-not exaggerating, really. Now let?s talk about the prices. I know inflation, right? Not quite. Although the food LOOKS GOOD, the ingredients tasted old and not fresh. The pico de gallo inside the burrito was disgusting!
