Three different times I tried to order a meatball sub from both Fountain Hills locations (2). They run out of them by 7:00 PM.... Today one of the restaurants is closed for remodeling. Never saw a sign before they closed. The absentee owner of these twostores doesn't care about his customers,apparently. I don't plan to ever use them again. Read more

Not sure of the guys name that works there, I think he just transferred. But he is the best. He's friendly, quick and... knowledgeable. It's like he's making a sandwich for himself when he's making mine. I hadn't been to subway in years for obviousreasons. Then a homie took me there and I decided to try the Outlaw. Yeah it's mf bomb! I go like once a week for the lastmonth. Subway kicks down coupons all the time bogo deals. This is the only subway I go to. Clean, fast and good. Read more

Cashier kid threw a bag at me just looked at me. I said are you going to bag everything he said nope. He looked disgusted with... Subway and as if he didn't want to be there. Walked away. 09-08 at 115pm. Brough sandwich and chips home. Food old and the chipsstale. Even the soda machine wasn't calibrated correctly. What the hell? Normally this place hums with brilliance. I?m not a big Subway goer. But it?s nearby so my mother in law and I came over here and ordered. My mother in law got 3 ft long... sub sandwiches but one of the sandwiches she had made into a 1/2 tuna and 1/2 cold cold. No big deal right? I mean we are payingcustomers. So what does it matter how we have our subs prepared price isn?t much different and didn?t ask to be charged less oranything of the sort. We figured we?d be charged for each sub properly. Either way when we were being rung up a employee namedKate, (a skinny, younger white female with longer light brown hair w/ grown out blonde highlights) when the young man (skinny,light skinned white male, with brown hair can?t remember his name) who made the sandwiches told her what they were and how theone foot long was 1/2 & 1/2 she had a fit, screaming at the young man totally trying to belittle him in the store like you couldtell he was really upset by the way she was talking to him but like a professional the young man didn?t allow her to get underhis skin and he kindly just appeased her? Meanwhile I?m still in line waiting to place my order so the younger man starts makingmy sandwich and I notice there are horse flies flying all over in the subway. So I asked them if they had a fly swatter, Kateresponded with ?Why would we have a fly swatter? Does it look like we sell them here?? In shock due to her response I respondedback ?You have flys all over your store.? Kate then responds ?Not my problem they?ve been in here all day. Deal with it.? Atthat point I was just done with the store I couldn?t even tell the nice young man what I wanted on my sub I was so disgusted.Moral of the story is KATE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! Disgusting Dining Area and Expensive. Alerted workers there was a giant spill. They blamed it on the kids and never cleaned it... up and there was no one in the store for 30 minutes after I ordered. I wanted to order 2 sandwiches so I went on line, found my store. I placed my order and went to the checkout portion of the... website. I put in my card information and it asked for my phone number and it told me that my phone number that I have had for30 years is invalid. So after entering it 3 times it took it.
