Literally sat for 10 mins with the button pushed to keep getting ignored so I moved to another stale and had the same... experience. Nobody ever answered the intercom so we drove off. Completely rude and don't care even if you ask an employee aboutthe wait time to get our order taken and she just starred at me like I wasn't saying anything irrelevant. This sonic has lostmy business. The internet makes the app not work at all around the sonic ao why use it. My money must not be good enough forsonic. But I thought all money was green and spent just like everyone else's. Read more
Service was good. Food was eh. We got the new burger and it was supposed to have an aioli sauce but the sauce was broken and... tasted like straight oil. Drinks were awful. This is the third time we ordered slushes at this location and they are always toosweet with waaaay too much syrup. They get 4 stars because at least the people were nice. Read more
I enjoy going to this Sonic. Even if once in a while it's slow. The food is always fresh and the people are always friendly

HORRIBLE customer service! The staff is absolutely rude. A car hop at our last visit spilled an entire cup of tea on my... husband's lap and stood there and watched as he scooped up the ice, never offered another drink, and never offered extranapkins. She then had the audacity to demand a tip and refused to give us change back from our $20 when we should have gotten$2.68 back in change. My husband spoke to the manager whome said she would deal with the problem. We have not gone to that sonicagain and will not return. For 19 years, I have stopped at Sonic on my way to work, Monday thru Friday and got my drink for the day (Now 2, daughter)!... Moved to Fountian Lake in March. We have given em chance after chance for orders to be right and to get in timely manner! At6:50 in the morning, y does or would it take literally 17 minutes to get 2 drinks! Manager no help and is not friendly! We haveleft couple times with our food order short because of the long wait to begin with, y wait another 20 minutes for a burger orfry when the rest will be cold! I record the length of wait 1 morning and showed it to em, during that time 1 other customerthere! Got better for a week! Y does 1 of car-hoppers allowed to get all 4 customers orders all together and then deliver all ofem, making a person that only ordered a drink wait till they cook another persons food that arrived after them! Quite a few timeafter ordering, the screen is cleared so fast that when they bring ur stuff, they have to run in pay for it, when asking a carhopper y, they?re response is corporate can see how long it took! Hmm shady! Needless to say, word is a gas station will bebuilt soon and no more morning drink stop there! I miss the Lake Hamiltons sonic and Airport Rd and Albert Pike Sonics!
