Very disappointed with the quality of meats. We decided to go out for Thanksgiving dinner instead of cooking this year and chose... Black Angus of all places expecting a good meal. All 3 of our ribeye steaks were extremely fatty, not marbled, straight fat withvery little edible meat. Green beans were like eating sticks of salt, spinach dip was watery, tortilla chips very greasy. Evenmy margarita was made poorly and I only could bare to drink not even half of it. Food quality standard was never this bad. Willnot be coming back, not worth the very high price ($200 total dinner bill for 4 people) for low quality food. Black Angus usedto be the place to go for a good steak and good food all around, unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Woodranch is worththe high price than Black Angus. Waiter was good and apologized for things he had no control over, not his fault, but providedexcellent customer service. Manager discounted us for one entrée but we expected better for our Thanksgiving dinner. Read more

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was good, not dry, the salad, stuffing, sides were all good, well seasoned. Portions... were good, staff were friendly. Finished with a slice of pumpkin pie. Probably the best part is we didn't have to cook or dodishes ! Read more

Just ordered Prime Rib for 2. Lobster tail and shrimp cocktails. By the time I trimed off all the fat on the prime rib. We each... had 3 bits of meat. Lobster tail was 2 bits because it was so small. I have been going to black angus for as long as I can remember. I have always had great experiences. This time was no different.... The food was amazing as always, especially the tenders. The food here was delicious, I had a Rib-eye steak with lobster tails, the only issue I had was the staffs, by the time I... walked in they looked like they didn't like their job, the lady in the front desk was not very welcoming, she was giving me thelook like she did not like me, it was my first time and they acted like they didn't like the fact that I was asking questionsabout where to sit. I order food to go and the food I got wasn't what I had ordered. I ordered a medium steak and my steak was so well done it was... like leather. The baked potato was hard and they did not give me any butter or sour cream to go with it. I called and the GMMark Dasher just laughed at us when we asked for our money back. All he was willing to do is give us a desert on our next visit. I will be calling Corporate about this and disputing the charge on my credit card. Unbelievable! Read more
