I just got my veggie burrito back and it was much smaller than I remember them being and came without guac! Wth. All I got was a... frown face on the foil wrapper. No apology from the employee or anything. Super lame, expected better. Read more

Being all for customer service, a male staff member gave a 1st impression that has left a very nasty taste in my mouth. It was... busy & we were being helped by a very nice guy, while he was assisting us, a staff member came up & twice grabbed the utensilsfrom our guy to use on other orders without asking, HE WAS RUDE! Behaved like he was better than everyone else working there! Ifthe establishment is that busy, management should train accordingly and better yet, have more than one utensil in each bin sothere's no grabbing from others, or waiting. I felt awful for the young man who was assisting with our order, shame on that guywho thinks he could treat his fellow staff members like they're nothing. Read more

It's interesting that there is another review down below that is almost identical to what I am going to write. I got a sofritas... bowl from this location and I got food poisoning from it. I noticed while eating that the food wasn't particularly warm at all,but at the time I thought it could have something to do with the colder ingredients on top. That was incorrect, and my fearswere valid about the food not being kept warm enough. Bacteria must have grown on it during the time it was outside of propertemperature range. I definitely won't come back to this location, and given all of the stories of food poisoning from Chipotlethroughout the years, maybe it was just finally my turn. This experience really has put me off of Chipotle. Read more

Today I found out that it costs an extra 25 cents to add a tortilla to my bowl. If I want a quesarito, add an extra $3 JUST TO... MELT THE CHEESE!!! On top of all that, this specific restaurant location serves the SMALLEST meat portions. Last time I checkedthe serving sizes are supposed to be 4. Ounces not LESS. The staff is also clueless regarding what ingredients go into theirfood. Poor trained employees. Needs new management FAST. Bottom line- Over priced, under served. Read more
