Used to eat at Islands all the time when I was working. Been awhile and the food was as good as I remembered. I ordered the... teriyaki chicken sandwich. So good. What can I say, this place sucks. The wait to order was 10 mins, the wait for the food was 45 mins and that's with us speaking... to the manager and they rushed it. I can say the waiter and manager attitudes were both excellent, it's just the overallexperience was terrible. Had hungry kids that day there for an 1 hour without food. They ran out of regular buns also???? Wehad to get wheat which was bad. Something is off with that bun. Look at my guac or if you can even see any. You pay $2.25 forguacamole access you get 1 teaspoon!? The waiter did get me more. Like I said, the service was good. But overall is justterrible. Avoid this place. Read more

Ordered a pipeline burger well done. What I got was a rare burger. See picture. Still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the... order even though I ordered way ahead of time. Great service and food! It's great to dine-in with friends. The staff is doing an excellent job of keeping the restaurant... clean and complaint with today's CDC requirements. It appears they are serving their full menu with dining both indoors and onthe patio. I opted for my favorite - their Pipeline burger on wheat bread!!! Hostesses and server were very friendly!
