Wow!!! These smoothies are amazing!! But REALLy wanna give a HUGE shout out and thank you to the incredible wing tipped, pigtail... black hair smoothie maker on Saturday September 3rd at like 11AM!! She was throwing down and it looked like nobody else wasmaking smoothies or helping her! Amazing, fast, attentive and hard working! She was petite and I wish I would have got her nameso I could give her some credit! Please give her a raise! A bonus! Some PTO or something because this lady was the master! Ipray she does some big things with that work ethic because our whole family was like WOAH now that is service! One cashier is really nice ...unfortunately the other cashier was not. Made my experience unpleasant and not want to come again
Never again. I came here today and waited 20 min, TWENTY MIN, then realized people that came in after me were getting their... drinks. I asked where mine was and they hadn't even started it yet. So I asked the manager for a refund and she could care less.I'm now sitting in my car outside writing this review. I don't come here often but never have had a good experience. This Janba Juice location is always clean and employees includimg store mgr.are friendly and always greet when entering store.
Employees seem depressed Been here twice in a week. First drink was good, second was watery. Both times the employee that... handed off the drink seemed unhappy Both visits were around 11 am. There was never a "Welcome In" from any employee (at least Ididn't hear it). Read more
After ordering on Monday October 25th at 6:00pm in the store, the Asian girl working gave my girlfriend a horrible açaí bowl... with little to know granola when we both asked for extra and it was clear that she messed up her bowl when I ordered basicallythe same one with a clear difference. We were respectful and did nothing wrong and the only thing that could have possiblychanged the way she made the bowl was the fact that she was paid in $1 bills which shouldn?t be a problem and definitely shouldnot change the way you act towards a customer. I love Jamba Juice my girlfriend and I walked everyday and get a protein Berry workout smoothie and my girlfriend usually gets... some kind of a fruit smoothie it's awesome every time the peanut butter banana toast was on point and that little pizza twiststicks were fire!$ Read more
Absolutely terrible experience. I hate giving bad reviews, but man this Jamba Juice is one to skip. Apart from not being rung up... for over 5 minutes because they ?didn?t see me? to them remaking my order 3 times, this is a 1 star review. I told them I had anallergy and I watched them put the food I was allergic to into my bowl, and then try to scoop it out and serve to me rather thanremake with clean equipment. Cutting corners can make people sick. The management needs to train these employees better oncustomer service but most importantly on the important offer knowing allergens and taking food allergies seriously.
