Best ramen I have ever had. My daughter loves ramen so I am always trying new places because I haven?t found one I ever loved.... She?s easy and loves them all. Now for the food, if you... come for a typical ramen out there, (some chains have ruined with simplicity), don?t expect much here. I first felt odd tryingthis Spicy Miso Ramen because it had a little bit of sourness to the soup; but as a whole, once it brought altogether with theveggies and spicy broth and became a different taste and experience. The house specialty fried chicken was ridiculously good. The ramen....100% on point. The flavor of the pork broth is so... incredibly savory. The noodles seemed fresh and were cooked perfectly, as were the neatly sliced, tender cuts of pork chashu. Itwas great to sit and have a beer and lunch in a restaurant. Been a while.
