Working soda fountain, good accessible drive thru, and good condition kiosks.
I had a few bad experiences here at this location, I ordered a 40pc nuggets family meal with 2 Large fries ????, the drive thru... guy handed me my food and I asked if that was everything, he said yes. Got home only had a 4 pc nuggets inside. This is not thefirst time this happens. Ppl please make sure our food is inside, and please check your bags before leaving. The worker charged my debt card connected to the McDonald?s app. He saw I had cash in my hands & said the transaction declined.... He took my cash and had a hard time figuring out my change. Turns out he used his calculator on his phone. Later that night Isee I have a charge in my debt. That guy stole my cash! I went back to McDonald?s and they gave me $26 back in cash. Didn?t evenask me for the time of my purchase so they could check cameras. I appreciate the refund but you guys need to check your cameraswhen a customer says that a worker straight up stole from them. I really hope they at least let a manager know what happened.Also when I call the phone number it rings once and hangs up. Why wouldn?t McDonald?s have a working number to call? Used a deal in the app for b1g1f 20pc. nuggets. Got 10 pc. nuggets instead. Went back through the drive thru. Had to explain to... three different people what had happened just 15 minutes earlier. Finally got more nuggets...but no dipping sauce. Read more
Asked three times for sweet & sour sauce for the nuggets both my kids ordered, got 1 total for the six piece and ten piece we... ordered. They even checked our receipt while waiting at the end of the drive-thru to "be sure they got the order right." Also,$7.29 for a double quarter pounder? Nothing on their menu is worth that price. I wanted to try the new frozen drinks that is advertised on the TV as $1.00 for a small frozen drink. I ordered a small cherry... drink & when I got to the window to pay, the guy said it was $1.84 for a small. This is the usual practice of "bait & switch"that some national franchises seem to follow -- not charging as advertised. Read more
I order the same iced coffee every day, no liquid sugar, and this crew gets right every time. I know that sounds easy enough, ... but you would be surprised. This location must always have fresh mafe because the coffe does give me an upset stomach like otherlocations. Read more
