I go to this McDonald's because it's the closest one to my daughter's house, otherwise I wouldn't. 9 out of 10 times, and I am... not exaggerating, when I've ordered a Happy meal with a cheeseburger with nothing on it but meat, cheese and ketchup, they sendme home one that has pickles and onions, and my grandson won't eat the burger! The last time I went there, they did the samething and when my grandson checked the burger he said, "they did it again". My daughter lives close to it has had the sameexperience but she'll go back. I don't have time to go back. The next time I have to go there, I will check the burger before Ileave no matter how long the line behind me is. They cannot be trusted even when I've emphasized it at the order window. It'sreally unbelievable. Read more
You get 2 ketchup packets with the french fries order. They have a sign, extra packetts cost 25 cents each. Also no more $1... dollar sodas..now are $2.50 each, except for the small size per sign at counter. You need to ask to have access to thebathrooms. Problem is at aprox 5 pm , Nov 7, 2022 the staff is so busy with filling orders for the drive-in customers there isno one at the counter to take orders or ask to use the bathrooms. We and another customer needed to yell at them, so we couldget their attention. It is difficult to leave their parking area to get out. There is a lot of traffic from the Costco gasstation/store to allow you to drive out to reach the main road . It just a bad situation with bad service. We don't want to goback there again. This has been our worse McDonalds experience. All the others have been good to fair. Read more
Terrible McDonalds. ALWYAS extremely slow, no one ever attending the counter. They do have the self order kiosks but the card... readers never work. Bathroom is pretty filthy as well. Taco Bell across the way or even better Costco pizza :) Read more
This location requires you to order from the terminals but that isn?t explained anywhere when you enter. Hand sanitizers were... all empty and the staff had none in the back to share. Employees are all hidden away back in the kitchen so when my orderarrived with no ketchup or straw it took me a while to flag someone down to ask for some. Read more
Giselle was especially rude over the intercom and then not only that but when I went up to the window she ignored me completely... and didn?t even look at me as she took my card, charged it, and handed it back. Very rude, I?ve worked many fast food jobs andthat would?ve never been acceptable behavior. Read more
They misrepresent and falsely advertise their menu. You see when you look at the menu and see a quarter punder, you will see a... burger with two buns, a patty, some onions and cheese having the impression you are going to get what you see in the picture forwhatever price it has on the menu or picture, for example $5 for 2 quarter pounder. But then you walk in the counter and orderwhat is in the picture they tell you that cheese is extra even though it comes with cheese in the picture. Decieving customersin order to make extra money is not consider good customer service. Not to mention the rude Indian looking guy who was traininga white girl on May 16, 2022 3:00 p.m. in the casher.
