I loooove their ramen so much. One of the best shinsengumi location throught california!!
Went for lunch. Very small place (maybe 15 seats inside). Better to order take out I think, but I ate here for freshness. Sign... on a wait list. I had the Hakatah ramen with normal flavor, the firmer al dente noodles, and pork belly with a soft boiled eggas a side. I have never had to create my own ramen before, so that was a nice touch, but if you don't know what youre doing,better ask somebody! Broth was oily, even with normal selected, salty, but the noodles are really good! Not the best Ramen I'vehad, but an affordable bowl for this area. Their ramen has always been delicious. Can't wait to go back once they're open for dine in. Update: This place continues to be... the standard of delicious ramen and great service. The staff is always friendly and on point. The broth is perfect. The porkchasu melts in your mouth. The gyoza is exactly how it should be. Crispy, delicate and big in flavor.
