Fresh veggies all the time. But there is one girl (tattoo on face) that works there, and I hate when she makes my sandwich. She... barely puts any veggies, and when I ask for more, she puts one sliver of whatever it was I asked for. I have walked out andwalked back in to avoid her making my sandwich. Met the happiest person I've seen in a long time here, I didn't know people could still be so excited for life in these times.... So I came here because I saw the commercial for $5 footlongs but you have to buy two. It did not say anything about only with... the subway app that is available so the guy behind the counter would not honor that price. To me that's just plain laziness hecould have honor the price he just didn't want to make the sandwiches. So this message is to the owner is so owner if you seethis I hope you teach your workers to honor prices that are advertised on TV. This store has nice friendly service. This place is generally well-stocked with a variety of breads so we prefer it to some of... the other Subways nearby that run out of some of the types of bread. I also like that they have mozzarella, since some of theother local franchises do not. Read more
???? OWNER & MANAGER ARE FRIENDLY, SANDWICHES ARE GREAT ???? ?? STAFF = I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff, they... are friendly and offer suggestions. They put up with some VERY picky people that live around this area & still keep a decentattitude. The TIP jar deserves more dollars in my opinion ;) ?? FOOD = After ordering here 100's of times I have never beensick or even disappointed with the sandwiches. The meatball & chicken subs are all VERY good...this is not always the case atSubways. ?? DETAILS = The complaints about the management are probably not accurate & are likely directed at the OWNER thatsometimes works the counter. I have NEVER had the owner or staff be a problem for me & in fact they engage in small talkoccasionally & laugh or smile even when the customers are overly sensitive at times. THAT SAID...I am not happy about SUBWAYSCORPORATE decisions on sales & special sandwich days...they have raised prices & failed to add additional value to the combos. This is NOT the problem of the franchise though, so they get a pass from me. :: OVERALL :: This is my favorite SUBWAY by far,it is FAST, EFFICIENT, TASTY & FRIENDLY....what more could I ask for from any fast food franchise? Hugo, the representative that makes our sandwiches ALL THE TIME is awesome, patient and kind. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nandita... ... not-so-much. Quite the contrary, it takes 6 lines to smile and 22 to frown and go out of one's way to be mean. Nandita hasmuch to learn about BEING NICE. Be kind always.
