They were extremely short staffed and the one Cashier was very rude and didn't have a pleasant look on her face. When I walked... up to the register to place my order I spoke to her and she didn't acknowledge me, so I placed my order, then she acted asthough she didn't hear me so I had to repeat it to her. It took me at least 10 minutes or longer just to get my Frappe ( that isall I ordered). The drive thru was backed up. The Manager was working too. Read more
Drive thru only at 6:30 in the morning. Drive thru line long. Very slow ordering and getting food. Pitiful. Why does other... fast food breakfast places have dining room open that early but the golden arches don't? Will try and find somewhere else to getbreakfast. Read more

2pm on a Friday. Not a busy time at this McD?s. I ordered and paid for a medium coffee. Three, four minutes go by. I can see... the coffee pots and there is no one near them and they look empty. I asked the kid if my coffee was coming, he shook his headyes, but clearly, he had no idea, and God forbid he would go check for a customer. I stood there another minute, watching sixworker kids standing there staring at their phones. I finally yelled to the group ? I ordered a coffee, where is it? One of thegirls put her phone away and walked over to the pot, picked it up and said, ?you didn?t brew it yet?? to the group still juststanding there. She poured the three ounces that were in the pot into a cup as if to serve that to me. I told her to forget itand walked out. This is a family-owned franchise that needs to get its act together! You run a business and you have sixteenagers standing in the kitchen goofing around in plain sight while customers are waiting for their orders. Wow. UPDATE: Called yesterday and spoke to the manager Dawn about my sandwich being incorrect, was told to come today to have... it corrected. Came today and ordered the same thing this time they put bacon on it but with egg and cheese. Went inside and askthem to fix my sandwich when ?TAMMY? couldn?t answer a single question about why it was taking over 10 minutes for a simplelittle sandwich. Also they did not have wet floor signs out on a freshly mopped floor. Well they finally got my sandwich correctwith a 10 minute wait in drive through and a 10 minute wait inside. Tammy needs to be fired/held accountable for her disrespectand lack of common sense. I?m impressed! I?m not a ?fast food? fan but my First time today in this location after the remodeling Felt like the first time... I?d ever been in Macdonald?s I left a poor review after my last visit 8 months ago and hadn?t gone back. Now! WOW!!! The storelooks great! Very COVID safe. No contact payment, plexiglass barriers in front of the registrar, desert display on counter, veryhigh tech now. Staff was super friendly and fast. The new chicken sandwich was GREAT! I know, I feel silly going on and on abouta company that?s been around forever but this was unexpected. It was really that nice. These people deserve all the praise forwhat they?ve done.
