The food is good , but they absolutely lag it and take their time. 30 minutes per order. -Update:Gave it a second try.... Took about 20 min . Ordered a burger , fries , mini tacos and an iced coffee. They gave me a cup of black water. Told them itwas supposed to be an iced coffee. She said oh and handed me a cup of ice. Super sorry excuse for an iced coffee. I'd give this experience 0 stars if I could! I submitted a mobile order and when I went through the drive-thru to pick up my... order, I was met with some of the worst costumer service I've ever had. The girl was rude for absolutely no reason. It wasn'tjust one thing either. Everything that came out of her mouth was rude! She even ended the experience with responding to my"Thank you" with a "Yep..." Then after returning home, my boyfriend went to eat his burger and almost threw up. It was likesomeone dumped salt on it (at least that's what we're hoping it is!) and it was just thrown away. I'm very disappointed in thislocation! Read more
Had a great lunch mobile order pickup here on a Wednesday. My order was ready as soon as I got to the counter-correct items in... the bag. I like the local signage! So neat. There?s a ?Fowler? sign inside too. Hoping using the mobile order app at thislocation continues to make for a fast lunch. Glad they opened in Fowler. Read more
The worst! This place opened a month ago and without fail, every time I went through the drive thru I had to wait in the parking... lot and everyone else does too. The drive thru is pointless here because you will have to park any way. Read more
I cannot stress enough how long it takes to get your food here, came to drive through 3 times already and literally in line for... 20 plus min, this is ridiculous to the max. Upper management really needs to check why is this happening because after today andreading all the reviews it happens everyday! Lunch was great today. Friendly and very fast. If I can add - the tomatoes were not as fresh as I would have liked but the... Homestyle chicken patty was super fresh. Watch out for the floors they are super slippery. Thank you management for thee spinthe wheel prize. They are a fairly new restaurant. So far so good. Happy for Fowler Ca. Read more
