App didn't work for ordering so I went inside. Employees tried *very* hard to get me to troubleshoot the app instead of... ordering, but I eventually insisted. It became clear while the employee assembled it, that they don't assemble sandwiches infront of customers anymore. It took this poor soul about ten minutes to assemble a tuna sandwich--every slice of tomato neededto be perfectly aligned, etc. I suppose that's why they wanted me to order, leave and come back. And the tuna provided wasmostly mayonnaise, way off from other Subways. I had no problems with the employees themselves. They were alright, and seemedto be trying, but they need supervision. Experience depends on who's working, I've had great sandwiches and sandwiches I couldn't even eat. On multiple occasions the... meatballs have been so burnt that they were too hard to bite through. Either the training is lacking or the employees don'tcare/don't have common sense. I definitely miss getting my sandwiches from Isaiah every morning, those were always perfect! Read more
