We were grabbing quick dinner before trick or treating, and McDonald's delivered just that. We used the curbside pickup and... ordered through the app. Food came out reasonably fast, within 10 minutes I would say, and it was all there, and hot and fresh.The employee that brought the food out was also friendly. Our breakfast was a disaster. We ordered the big breakfast (minus the pancakes) and waited almost 20 mins.We realize about... staffing...but still. Then when we got our breakfasts they were pitiful!! The egg serving honestly looked like a half an egg(if that's even possible) and the bacon was two very small pieces. The kicker was we had that, plus 2 coffees, and a juice for$21!! The young man who took our order was very pleasant, the only bright spot. We usually stop here when traveling to Ohio,but this will be our last time there! Read more

I go here 3-4 mornings out of my work week for coffee only around 4-4:30 am. The young lady that works there has a terrible... attitude every morning. It?s bad when you are made to feel like YOU THE CUSTOMER are being an inconvenience to THEM! Not tomention you sit for 5 or so minutes just waiting at the menu for them to take the order! I?ve had to just drive up to the windowtwice now just to get their/her attention! Please someone get this person to be a better human being or she needs to go. Read more

This is the worst McDonald's in Michigan! They are extremely SLOW! Close the 2nd drive-thru & don't block the closed drive thru... so no one knows its closed til they set there & figure it out! Then today I go through the drive thru & get to the 1st window topay & no one there...I wait like 5 mins & still no one. I only get 30min lunch so I drive up to the 2nd window & the lady tellsme how much I owe. I asked her, why don't you have a sign posted on the window to let people know to drive to 2nd window topay..the lady says, to her co workers, (we need a sign in the window..I guess!) Then she proceeds to tell me they hung a signup, but it must of fell down!) ???????? I go to this McDonald's daily on my lunch. Always SLOW & unorganized & rude! I watchedthe manager look at me one day & she walks off & starts stocking things, while my drink & fries were sitting there & ready. Ihad to honk the horn & another girl came to window & handed it to me. Another day I sat 28mins in the drive thru waiting to geta drink & small fry. Someone needs to do something about this place. Been here many times, m y bad for repeating going, never expect fast food, even though I always wait ten extra minutes besides... the order and wait in drive through, I paid 9 something dollars for a big breakfast with hot cakes, they forgot to put thesausage in, only have me one pancake, forgot the straw for my diet coke an only gave me jam when I asked for everything! Thisplace needs serious work! Plus I should have been 15 minutes early to work but ended up ten minutes late, arrived half hourbefore my shift 1/2 mile away from this location Read more

It's hard to fault fast food restaurants for their staffing issues these days, but that makes it no less frustrating to wait 20+... minutes for a couple breakfast sandwiches. If I see the drive-thru backed up I just go somewhere else..It's not going to movequickly and ordering curbside does not save you any time. The workers are usually friendly, there's just not enough of them.. Read more

They over charged on the daily deal, then when confronted they wanted to argue. That's the second time that has happened.
