I work late so this McDonalds is the only thing open besides Taco Bell when I leave. So I decided to get some food after. (I do... t like the soggy ad ons so I generally get most of my stuff plain to start). Anyway, a Plain McChicken was part of that. Well Iget it home and it's an old, soggy "crispy" chicken, and to make it plain. The guy working took the pickles off the bun. Employees never pay attention and are always messing up orders. What are they so worried about a damn receipt if I have the... order number? When working with food you can return the food. The little blond manager girl (or who acts like a manager) can not accept correction. She made me the wrong cafe drink and... argued that it was correct. Said ?that is what you ordered? and walked away. I double checked my receipt just to make sure. WhenI showed her photos of the drinks from the app and and what they were she insisted the pics were wrong ???? Then she said she?dmake me the correct drink but just gave me the same drink back with whip cream on it. (She figured I wouldn?t notice) She?sclearly going to have issues in life. Read more
Fries were left out to get cold then they just redropped them which made them hard and un edible. Got the kids 2 happy meals.... Now I'm just mad I spent money for food only to be preheating oven for a frozen pizza. FML Read more

We went to this McDonald?s at 3am on a Sunday morning 06/05/2022 thinking it would be a quick dinner after a LONG day. We sat at... the intercom for almost 10 minutes before being greeted so I could place my order. When I was placing my order the girl takingit had a very rude tone and barely let me speak. We ordered a double quarter pounder meal, and another large fry. I asked ifthey had milkshakes because it was being advertised all over the board just to be told ?we aren?t serving shakes right now? OFCOURSE the icecream machine was ?broken? as well. After she rushed me to finish my order and didn?t have the items I wanted Idrove up to the second window where I again had to wait almost 10 minutes. Now don?t get me wrong I have NO issue with waitingbecause 9 times out of 10 that means they are making my food fresh but BOY was I wrong! When I received the bag we tasted acouple fries (as we all do because they?re best hot) they were the most disgusting fries we have ever tasted, extremely rubbery,ice cold and had about 5 pounds of salt on them. Once we got home, we took out the burger we ordered just to see the box crushedand mangled, keep in mind we didn?t crush this bag or step on it in anyway. The burger inside was intact but it was extremelycold and drenched in grease. For spending $18.50 at a FAST FOOD place I expect to get something atleast edible. For it being anight shift you?d expect the food to be half way decent considering they are most likely sitting on their phones doingabsolutely nothing.
