I am not even sure if this location is even open anymore. Went in a week ago for a drink and they did not have any. Tonight I... went in for two cheeseburgers and was told they did not have any. McDonald's did NOT have cheeseburgers. My guess is that thislocation is closing soon. Time for them to just close up shop and be done. This place is on its way out. Avoid it. It is notworth the gas money. Read more

For being in such a nice area, it sucks. Staff is slow or don't care, kiosks barely work half the time but its the only way to... order for no reason, had to wait 15 minutes just to get a large fry.. a LARGE FRY. Overall one of the worst McDonald's I'veprobably been to in a nicer area. Do better. Read more

Ice cream machine is down, soda machine is down. We had to substitute 4 items because they didn't have what they needed to make... the food. Despite it being slow the entire time we were there floors were messy. Wait for food was oddly long for a McDonaldsdespite being the only ones inside. Drive through wasn't faster for folks saw the same car sit at the window at least 10mins. Food came out piecemeal, were had to keep reminding them what we ordered. Trash was overflowing, cleaning productssitting on seats. Had to explain to my kid who was using the restroom why the toilet paper wasnt in the dispensers but wasinstead sitting on the floor. Waited at drive up for 8 minutes yelling hello, Noone answered. I drove up to the 1st window and a young boy had his head turned... away from window listening to an ear bud in his ear. I yelled hello to grab his attention. I ordered 2 meals, he seemed to notunderstand and called for help. A lady came to help, she put the order in and handed my card back, ententionally not giving me areceipt. I get to the 2nd window, I can hear the young girl yelling about no large cups inside but she never comes to tell me.Then she hands me a medium cup. I told her that's not what I ordered I need a large cup or give me another drink in a smallcup. She takes the drink back inside and starts yelling and cursing at her coworkers about letting people order large drinks! Sounprofessional and ignorant young people working in customer service. I asked for supervisor and he fixed the situation noproblem. I can't believe McDonald's really has to hire such rotten young people to have staff there. ???? not sure if I'll beback to this one! There's wasn't enough workers so you had to order from the kiosk which was ok but, the inside dining area and the restrooms was... dirty. Tables sticky, soda machine out of order, and tissue was all over the floor with a towel hanging on the handicap bar. No one greeted us another customer had to Tell us to use the kiosk. They didn't bring your order to you even if the kiosk askfor a table/tent number. They just placed your order on the counter. Read more

Very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. First of all they didn't... know how to even enter a promo coupon for the mcvoice surveys. I've been coming to this restaurant for 20 years at least maybe30 and I've had a couple bad experiences but overall 75 to 80% of the time it's been good. The lady at the front counter waspleasant enough and I believe a new employee so it's not her fault but the promo coupons are generally honored at anyrestaurants anywhere in any state unless a particular manager or franchise cops and attitude which is what they did today. Theyended up honoring the promo coupon buy one get one but the attitude bothered me enough I just said cancel the order. And I got asmart alec response from the taller African American manager on duty like she said, will honor it this time but not next time.That didn't even need to be said that's just stupidity and ignorance. And it surely doesn't make you feel valued as a customeror as a person. It was rude and at the very least it was extremely not friendly. Clearly now when I look at the store ratings of2.5 and eat at McDonald's all around the state and out of state I've never seen a store rating under 3.2 I believe. So thisseems to be a behavior pattern and without reading all the other reviews I'm more likely to believe that the criticisms of thisstore by customers are mostly valid. When the teenagers work order get messed up. Line be long. The dont make none of the Frappuccinos rights. The just put... sandwiches together. Check your before you pull off. Lost money on this drink Read more
