We got takeout twice in a week while visiting family. It was that good! We didn't try pizza, so I can't say how that is. DONT GO THERE. If I could give them 0 I would. Ordered a deep dish pizza on June 30, I had a piece of hair baked between the... cheese and the dough. I called them and explained the situation. The owner tried to tell me that there wasn?t a worker that had?dark hair? working that day even tho the girl that handed me the pizza had dark hair. I requested a refund for my pizza, theowner offered to refund me on my restaurant acc, I?m not sure why would I still order a pizza after that, I rejected that andasked for my refund to be send directly to my bank acc. Never had the refund in my acc, they claimed that it?s been refunded tome. I still have the charges, no refund tho. Read more
Boy can that man roll out a fine pizza, ordered an 18 inch pizza and had it ready within 20 minutes. The Pizza was in fantastic... shape and the customer service was amazing. Would highly recommend coming to for a fine pizza. Read more
Very disappointed. 3/4 of my dessert was fried so hard it was useless. Sandwich was the worst I have ever gotten here, fries... were scant and not the best either. I can?t believe how poor the quality dropped. I can?t afford to waste money that way. Andit?s awful that they don?t have a place on their own site to complain. Poor all the way around. As of 6/23 I still haverecieved no contact from management... As of 07/05- still nothing. Management has no commitment to excellence, that's a fact.And they have one less customer to worry about. First time order - very pleasantly surprised! I have been striking out with pizza for the last several months. When ordering... from tried-and-true spots, they have been a total let down. Same with new places. To say the least, I wasn't expecting successat Rosati's either based on my many recent attempts. Thank goodness, I was completely wrong! I just tried a basic pizza and Ihave to say this was one of the best pizzas I have had in many months! Good ingredients, well prepared, ready for pick-up when Igot there. Ordered Deep dish pizza very light on the sauce with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. I should have looked at my order before... getting home. With heart burn complications, I had to scrape off the top sauce and tomatoes. Other than that, Pizza was stillgood. Read more
Best pizza in the area. Really nice people too. Fantastic fresh mushroom 18" thin crust cheese pizza. And here is a little... insider tip, there is a great coupon on the flap of the pizza box. I ordered carry out although I was given the wrong pie.. I was miffed, did want to drive back. Another customer had my pizza he... didn't want.. I called and the manager brought over the pie I originally ordered and I'm sure did the same thing for the othercustomer who was, per the manager, a 10-year regular. He was a super nice guy, very apologetic. I acknowledged mistakes happenand he took care of it properly. My words not his- another example of finding and keeping competent employees in an environmentwhen Joe pays you more to stay at home that much more difficult.
