My family and I mobile order from this Subway all the time. Has to be the best Subway I have ever been to (and I?ve been to a... lot across the country while traveling.) They make the sandwiches so well, nothing ever falls apart. The bread is always freshand so are the toppings. The staff is always super polite and helpful. Read more

Went in and bought the the same sandwich I get every time and always ask for more toppings. The guy prepping my sandwich had an... attitude and told me "if you want more, just tell me you want extra everything" and then proceeds to tell me he's going tocharge me more since im adding more toppings. When he was done prepping my sandwich with all my topping that I requested, Iasked him to squish my sandwich and he basically said no because "he doesn't like to change his gloves" since he didn't want todo it. When I said "well you can just change them" he seemed to have an attitude and said "no I don't want to dothat". Customer service sucks and they need a new owner. Read more

This location doesn't accept ANY official coupons and rarely staffs all of their posted hours. Last time I was like...fine... ..but then they used bread that clearly should've been tossed on all four sandwiches we ordered. Don't waste your time. Read more

Very disappointed in the customer care aspect of this location. One of the main reasons customers eat at Subway is because they... have the liberty to pick and choose options on their customized sandwiches. I'd like to preface my concerns/disappointments byadding that I know restaurants in particular are feeling the financial crunch of the pandemic. But, when a customer politelyasked to not be served the end portion of a tomato on a mini MINI tuna sub, why does the male owner have get nasty, by sayingthat, "he will have to start charging more due to my request?" Is it that serious? At the end of the day he is still making aprofit from assembling my sandwich and me choosing to eat at his restaurant. Customers should never feel under appreciated ordevalued when they make a polite request. Since I generally go to this location several times a week, have the same sandwichevery time, have to make the same tomato request every single time, and have to hear this male owner speak broken english toprotest my request, I've had enough. I will not be returning. Customer service can make or break an establishment. Andunfortunately distasteful customer service has ruined this subway experience. Read more

There have been four times over a period of about a year that I have gone to this Subway during their posted business hours and... no one has been there. The worst was when I put in an online order, the website said it was ready for pickup, then I got thereand the store was closed. I tried going there twice in the morning and they were not open during their posted operating hours.If they updated their store hours on their website to properly reflect when they were and weren't open, I would not be givingthem such low stars.
