Manager is very rude. The order taker and the deliverer were nice. Manager took the food and threw it right in the garbage.

Man running register totally rude. Was there w/my 2 year old and had a question on menu which doesn't show prices for 50% of... items anymore. Way to go McDonald's! In any case, guy was very annoyed and didn't have a clue on price and blew me off. Well, that was that. Lost our business. Fox River Grove deserves better. Oh wait that's Culvers Read more

This isn?t the first time this has happened, anytime I order sweet and sour they always give me another sauce like ranch. Today... I ordered nuggets and a soda, I asked for sweet and sour and they even confirmed it and read it back to me sweet and sour. Andwhen I got home I end up with two barbecue sauces. I?ll just start going to the wauconda one Thankyou Read more

I ordered through the mobile app, 5min ahead of my arrival. I arrived and they asked me to pull up to the next window because... they were going to make me fresh fries, I obliged. After another 5min of waiting and 4 or 5 cars passing through (assuming withfries), I finally received my order. You guessed it, the fries were not fresh. Whats the point of the mobile app if I'm going tohave to wait. I was forced to pull up because I assume they forgot about my mobile order and needed to buy some time under theveil of fresh fries. Do NOT order using the mobile app at this McDonalds, you'll get cast aside while the regular drive-thrucustomers go about their day merrily. Read more
