Manny at the front desk was very helpful and cordial, he greeted us with a friendly smile and fast service though I live in... Rehoboth Massachusetts I'm pretty sure I will be coming to foxboro to this Dunkin donut establishment as I love Dunkin donutscoffee and I look forward to trying the ice cream cake pizza thing. As well my sandwich was very good I had a Turkey egg andcheese muffin and my wife seem to like hers a lot, she also enjoyed her coffee. Again thank you Manny. Read more
I frequent this DD often and they consistently get my order correct (not true of many of the Dunk's I have frequented), they are... consistently polite (who even asks you how your day is at the drive thru anymore?!), and fast. I don't even hesitate when I seea long line because they zip right through the orders and in no time, I've got my order and can get back to my busy life. The staff was rude and unorderly. The employees were more concerned about chit chat and bickering than the patrons waiting. The... place was messy and I noticed some employees wearing slippers, I know this alone is an OSHA violation in the food serviceindustry. After I ordered I realize I was going to need butter with my order, and instead of helping me they argues that Ican't have any because I did not order it with it. 1 tiny pack of butter? No one even offered to ring me in for 1 packet ofButter! It wasn't just one employee it was 3 of them arguing with me that I didn't order it that way. I hope the managers readthis, odds are they won't because its obvious the owner of this DD does not care about their customers. Read more
Friendly, helpful staff. Hours could be longer, but plague years have cut hours everywhere. (The other one in town has 24hr... drive thru but that doesn't let one see what's left.) Read more
