We did take out this time. The burgers were a bit overdone, and the portion size on the fries was terrible. Each of us got about... 10 fries... 10. Literally amazing service. They were doing some competition for the wait staff and the server we had was beyond excellent. Asked... about what kind of experience we were looking for, and when we told him we were in a bit of a rush he went above and beyond tomake the experience perfect. Would give it no stars if I could. Very disorganized right from the time we got there. Once we were seated, we weren't given any... menus, napkins or utensils. Waited 10 minutes for a server that passed our table several times. Finally had to ask hostess for aserver. Ordered our food which came in a decent amount of time and still had no utensils. Had to go to hostess stand again toask for some. Food was ehh. My chicken sandwich was either undercooked or had some type of hard to chew pieces in it. My wifeand grandson asked for more water. None came until we were putting our coats on to leave. Also ordered dessert cookiessupposedly with fudge center. Cookies were frozen with only the center somewhat warm. This place made me sad. I normally don't enjoy posting negative reviews, and this one didn't come easy. The fries were... undercooked, the onion straws were cooked to the point that they were dry, and nearly tasteless. On my burger, the bun was of alesser quality than a basic bulkie roll from Shaw's. Anyone worth their salt knows that a good sandwich starts with good bread,or else it ends in dissatisfaction. Service was awkward and uncomfortable. I have no idea why. The atmosphere was subdued andquiet being the end of the summer, which was fine. But all in all, the only joy to be had for me was in my slightly watered downCoca Cola. Next time I need a decent burger type meal, I'll be at 5 Guys, or maybe Wendy's or Tasty Burger. I had high hopes forRed Robin, and those hopes were dashed on disappointment. Read more

I can?t give this experience more than 2 stars and I?m being generous. We went to the Patriot Place location for a concert and... decided to eat at RR. It was pretty full so I could understand if there was some wait, there was actually no wait at alleverything was pretty quick. The server THREW straws at us when she brought the drinks, It was very unnecessary. I?m 20 workingretail, I totally understand how hard can it be, but the table was dirty, the menus had sauce, the table we were assigned, hadthe cash payment for the previous party still there and they didn?t bother to clean it before ask us to sit. My order was wrongand nobody was making sure everything was okay. I believe is Red Robbin?s responsibility to train their employees and haveenough people working, so we don?t have to pay 50 bucks for bad service and overworked servers. Please do better. Read more

I?m a big fan of Red Robin as a quick casual place to eat out. Their bottomless fries are delicious (especially with the... seasoning and campfire sauce). Can?t pass on their burgers either! The patriot place location is pretty busy, but you can callahead to reserve a table. The staff here is also very friendly and great! Read more
