Bad from the time I walked in. Attatude from the cashier right off the top, (guess she wasn't happy I took her from her... conversation and she had to do something). No menu board. That pist her off as well that I didn't know what was on it or whatthe cost of everything was. Told me she would read it off the register if I knew what I wanted. It would be so much easier ifyou used the keosh instead of her having to stand there. I fast food rarely and that was probably the worst experience I haveencountered at any fast food facility. New fries are TERRIBLE. Finally McDonald's has ruined EVERYTHING. This was the only thing I still ate here and now I'm done.... They are thinner and they taste different. Bye forever Read more
We ordered through the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes just to get to the pay window. And while ordering, we used a... drive-through code from the mobile app and the girl didn't know how to properly punch the code in. So there were difficultieswith that. And the worst part of it all, was our fries were cold! Ugh. Read more
The one I go to in frackville PA is starting to slip bad. I don't know if it's just the lack of help or what? For very few cars... it always takes forever. And it seems like there's no care in preparing your food. I'm not expecting much from a fast foodplace, but I am expecting a little more than what I've been getting. Time : 11:25 am Date : 9/13/22 The guy at the cashier is TOP NOTCH. I didn?t get his name but he had a pony tail, tattoos,... super chill, super friendly?. Service was definitely 10* compared to other McDs I have been to. I witnessed him knowing one ofhis customers SO WELL that he even knew what the customer had ordered at the kiosk and even how much it would cost withoutlooking at the kiosk ticket! Read more
This location is a journey from RT81. It's got it's own extended driveway. A bit pricey with value meals at $10. Inside kiosks... for ordering & drive thru. The food was decent. Chicken nuggets were sitting awhile. Fries were hot & done just right. It's oneof the few stops along RT81 & if you're hungry, you can get food. Read more
They are so rude at this McDonald's. I went to the drive-thru and ordered a southwest chicken salad which is on their menu and... the guy taking my order said "no wrong restaurant" and laughed. So I left. This will be the last time I ever go to thisMcDonald's because twice before this time I went here and they got my order wrong or forgot to put something in the bag and thenI had to drive back just to get it right. Freshest fries i have gotten from McD's in years. Snotty little high schoolers harassing their friend the employees. Bathrooms... ok. Do not recommend trying to find this location in the dark. Read more
