Stopped in here for a few drinks and appetizers on Sunday afternoon. Should've known when we got there and the place was almost... empty that the place wouldn't be so great. However the bar area was SUPER CLEAN We were there for awhile, ordered croquettes.The first order of them came out cold in the centers, like frozen cold. They did bring us a fully cooked order, but they reallywere just meh. I've eaten Brazilian fare so many times and it usually has great flavors. This was flat. The biggest shock tous was that when we received the bill- we each had 3 drinks.. the bill was $99! They charged $12 for a shot size amount of Jack,then an additional $4 for the SODA WATER. I had a coffee with Hennessey.. they charged me for a coffee and then the Hennessy.The wine(house) was $10 glass. So $30 wine, $28 Jack w/soda water, food was like $20... They charged me some ridiculous amountfor the Hennessey and the coffee. I almost thought I was being punked. Never again. Read more
Service was great, cocktails were delicious and the beer glasses were chilled. Great place!
Never going back . Let?s start with the service. The waitress was rude It took them more than 2 hours to bring any food . When... the food finally was served it was cold and missing items. Finally, when came time to pay they charged us gratuity. Which isfine if they had any warning before hand informing us about such charges. 20 percent added to bad service, bad and missing food. Also keep in mind when you?re ordering a regular Juice, they will charge for a virgin cocktail. The menu says $5 for the Juicebut they they didn?t ?update? their menu and no longer have the juice so you?re paying $11 for a cocktail instead . Update yourmenu or honor the charges . We were there for 3 hours. Took an hour for our food to come out and it was cold and missing items. After we ate it took another... hour to get the bill, when I asked her if she could bring it out because we had to go out waitress said she was busy and wouldget there when she could. When we received the check they automatically add a 20% TIP and refuse to change that amount. Shecharged my friend 11$ for juice because they don?t have ?juice? just alcohol free drinks so you pay the price of a alcoholicbeverage. Overall horrible experience. Will not be back. Read more
20% tips are not optional and they don?t even inform you of that, you?ll only notice if you check your bill. Our service wasn?t... even close to good but we had to give them a $30 tip. Our bill came with prices completely different from the menu, i asked thewaitress and she told me it was an old menu. Then why did they give it to us?? Also, I thought this restaurant was brand new,how come they are already raising prices?? The issue wasn?t even the price of the food, we were never informed the menu wasn?taccurate. The food was nothing special, I don?t recommend this place at all. There are a lot of good Brazilian steak houses inthe area. Plenty of good options, and this is not one of them!! Read more
