Food is good but the people that work there are SO RUDE and inconsiderate. On the app it does not allow us to add tortillas to... our orders anymore. Every time I go there I?ll ask them for a side of tortilla and there is no problem. Today this lady straightup looked at my face and told me to get in line to order a tortilla and pay for it. I don?t know if this is the new policy andmaybe I had the luxury to always get it for free, but just wow. There was a huge line when I got there, I ordered online: whywould a wait in line for a .20 cent tortilla. I?m baffled. Read more

This has been by far the worst Chipotle franchise I have ever ordered from. I?m a vegetarian and have always ordered veggie... bowls. But on multiple occasions (almost 5 out of 7), they have served meat in my bowl! Sometimes it was a pure meat bowl, othertimes the veggie bowl was contaminated with meat/bone. This is unacceptable! During pickup orders, I have found their employeesto be rude as well. This franchise is so bad that I have lost my trust in Chipotle as a whole and have completely stoppedordering from any of their other franchisees as well. Read more
I love this location, everyone is always very friendly. Nico stands out to me - I?ve been wanting to write a review and give him... a shout out but never knew his name. He always comes to work with a great attitude, smile on his face and remembers hiscustomers. It?s always good to see him. Give him a raise!!! I usually love chipotle, but I would definitely not recommend this specific location. I ordered a bowl through door dash, and... specifically said no meat because I?m vegetarian. The bowl came LOADED with chicken, and no beans (I had asked for beans.) Therewas also a whole bay leaf in my rice. When I tried to call, there was no answer. Read more
You are most likely here reading reviews AFTER a bad experience with this Chipotle. As am I. I?ve never read reviews for a... chipotle before ordering. I imagine most people don?t since it?s supposed to be such a straight forward experience. Afterreading them and seeing how my experience was EXACTLY the same as others gives me the impression that this location issuffering. Bad reviews are sometimes unwarranted but in this case absolutely deserved. I don?t mind a place being out of anitem- I mind being CHARGED as if the item was included. You?d think they?d discount the item. But they do not. I?ve had thissame exact order from other Chipotles and it is spectacular. This sad looking order came with no fajita veggies unless you count2-3 slices of onion. And barely any brisket. I?ve not needed to order double brisket before. Ever. Ive also not ever beencharged full price for an order that isn?t complete. The owners of this place should be on Restaurant Impossible. Read more
Not usually one to leave a review but this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Delivery estimate got delayed 3... times because they were still preparing the food and once we finally got our food 45 minutes after the original deliveryestimate we didn?t receive complete orders. Brisket and chicken was totally dried out. Seemed like the store was out of grilledveggies, sour cream and black beans, but no substitutions were provided, leaving us with very pathetic looking dishes. Read more
Quite satisfied with the customer service here. Had some trouble processing our gift card but the gentleman who handled our... orders patiently helped us with that despite the long queue waiting behind us. Service was quick, adequately served portionsizes. Taking away 1 star for the cleanliness of the store and for not refilling few menu items like fajita veggies. Also, notsure if it was because we visited towards closing hour but the self-service section could use some help with organizing andcleaning. The sauces were left open not sure for how long, the cups, lids and cutlery were all mixed up. Apart from that, quitesatisfactory overall. Will visit again. Read more
