So we went to Dunkin a couple minutes ago and we were asking politely if we could have dome donuts at 8:10 on a Tuesday and the... guy said their was none and then we went to the window and he said I don?t understand what you are saying but he was speakingEnglish clearly and then he said that he did not understand again so he want on a closed the window on us. I always go here and I never complain even though the service is never good. I use the app to order food for pick up during my... 15 minute breaks. I usually order it 15-16 minutes early because they always take too long. Every time, I am only receiving someof my order. Last week I ordered munchkins, hasbrowns, a latte and a bottle of water.. all I got was the latte. I had to leave.Paid $10 tried to say something to someone and get ignored, like usual. Today, I asked multiple times I got their attentionbecause they looked right at me and a girl answered but never got the rest of my order. This Dunkin?s is just like the Chipotle in Framingham. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. They never pick up their... phones. I had to leave the job due to the lack of management in this store. The coworkers are straight up ignorant andincompetent. I hope this location shuts down. Don't trust the drive thru, they run your card twice here! We where headed home the day after Thanksgiving, went through the... drive thru for a muffin and munchkins, we used a card. When we arrived home we found that the store had added a second charge onour card, for more than our original amount. When we call the store the manager is never around and doesn't seem to return ourcall. What a rip off, now we have to try to fight it thru the card company. No wonder the the drive thru attendant was so nice. Read more
