HORRENDOUSLY slow service. 2 cars left the line because they were so slow to come to the window. 3 people working, no customers... inside, yet too busy to greet at window. Also placed order via app/mobile order several minutes prior and they hadn't evenpulled it off the printer yet. There was only one car in front of me, the 2 cars that followed behind me eventually just droveoff. Appears to be extremely lazy and slow moving staff. I always try NOT to go here. Dunkin' corporate needs to visit thisplace more often. Read more
Waited almost 10 mins ,had to call drive thru staff over . When she finally came over she signaled to another employee who was... sittin, playing with her phone . When i asked her why she let me sit there and wait she got a attitude n became beligerant . Isaid nevermind she proceeded to sit back down and play on her phone which i tried to capture pictures of but employee told herand she came out swearing threating me and saying she gonna call police . The people that work here deserve tips and lots of us don't carry cash but change and $1 now and then because they work so hard,... and they are always friendly and professional. Read more
I usually only post good reviews but every time I come to this particular Dunkin? Donuts I?m in the drive thru line for 15... minutes. The service is extremely slow and more than once my order has been wrong. I hope that management can train their staffto be more efficient. Read more
A rude individual working there made me wait extremely an extremely long time for a simple order. I waited 10 minutes for... munchkins and a dragon fruit drink. When I would ask how long the order was going to take he simply told me "it'll be ready whenit's ready mang". Then as I drove away with my order he proceeded to yell out the window "Make sure you don't go the wrong waymang". Believe me when I say, I will never be back at this location... Read more
The two guys that work here are hard working kids! They were so attentive and polite that I wish I lived in the area to come to... this location more often. They were so busy but still kept their demeanor and apologized for the wait. Great customer service.Thank you guys for being so nice to my puppy as well! You guys deserve a raise! Read more

My wife and I just pulled up to the speaker and microphone. We knew what we wanted. Something came out of the speaker that was... indecipherable. We didn?t know if they wanted to take our order or were asking us to wait. There were 3 cars in front of us.Then the voice came over the speaker again, this time very clearly. He said ?Are you ready to place your order? Let?s go!? Thiswas said with an negative attitude and tone I can?t convey in this review. My wife and I were shell shocked. I was going tocomment on his poor customer service when we got to the window. He owed us an apology for his rude comment. When I got there,there was a negative and angry vibe radiating off of him. I could tell if I commented on his poor customer service, it wouldonly escalate the already bad situation. I?ve had less than friendly and professional interactions at Dunkin? drive throughs inthe past. But this one tops them all. That employee has no business interacting with the public. Read more
