This Dunkin donuts is open 24 hours. It is kept clean and always have donuts.
Insanely slow. Never seen anything like it in my life. You can put your order in from your house in Worcester and it is... guaranteed to not be ready by the time you get here. I've gone hungry so many times due to having to leave after 10+ minutes.No idea why I still bother trying here. Read more
Waited over 10 mins for coffee and it was witches brew! Luckily I was in the area when I tasted it and came back and told them.... Then they gave me coffee that tasted like decaf and they didn?t even close the lid. The people working here are too busygossiping and chit chatting in portugués than to actually work. Both woman taking orders where barely able to understandEnglish and only understood me when I spoke Portuguese. The need to get it together here. Read more
It's hit it miss here but unfortunately mostly a miss. They tend to be painfully slow in the mornings most of the time when... people are trying to get to work--some workers just feel no need to hustle to get the line moving. I had four people in frontof me on my last visit with no one doing large orders (single or two coffees, one food order that gets done on the side by theonly person that always seem to be in overdrive, and the largest order at the counter was one coffee with two dozen mixeddonuts); I waited in line for ten minutes! On a couple of occasions I've seen people bring orders back, saying that they werewrong and the staff gave them attitudes. They need to either always have both registers going, hire more hardworking people, orboth. This place is going to have me going back to making my own coffee at home again. Read more
On August 31, 2021 I ordered a ham egg and cheese on a croissant. I took my package and left. When I got to my hotel I realized... it was the wrong order. I was given ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin. I said, they crossed orders and simply ate it. Iwent back to the store and told them that they got my order wrong. Some elderly Latino man that worked there told me in a loudvoice you should have not taken the sandwich. I told him don't blame me for getting the order wrong. A co-worker of his asked meif I wanted my money back. I told her no. I wanted to let them know they got the order wrong. The elderly Latino man didn't wantto acknowledge their mistake. An English muffin will cause a spike in glucose. If they knew anything about nutrition theywouldn't serve such trash. Read more
I thought the service totally sucked I had to asked to be waited on, the girl was upset I interrupted her conversation with... other employee. She did not know the kind of munchkins that you had to offer. She started to leave to continue her conversationwith other employee when I said could you please just wait on me do I can leave. At that point she started slamming my order andreally got upset when I said one bag was enough. Haven't been there in about 25 years and it will probably be that long till Igo again. Read more
DD is mediocre food , mediocre coffee when being hungry and short on time overrules quality.
