The burgers were awesome. The price is good and its clean. The people are hard working and polite.
While we were waiting for our meal, a man came in with a McDonald's bag and gave it to a woman working who proceeded to eat... behind the counter and in return the man got two burgers wrapped in foil. The food was tasty as usual and the staff quite efficient today. This location though had a significant cleanliness problem... today with lots of dirty tables and food all over the floor. The covers on the baseboard heaters had fallen off along the windowside making it a great hideout for the mouse I saw running along the heaters. He was in for a feast. This can be fixed and Itold the staff what I?d seen before leaving. It was close to 3 pm when I arrived and this level of dirt was not reasonable withonly 2 customers in the place. I hope they will recover soon but staff did not seem surprised by my report. Read more
Location is clean enough, with good parking, and service was friendly and as fast as 5 guys gets (which is never fast, given... their model). I love their food, and the quality remains high for what it is. I wanted to give it 3 stars, but I kept comingback to the food itself and how good it still is. My issue is the value. It's now $$$ for what you get - $14 for a littlehamburger, fry, and soda. The "little" fry used to be somewhat ironic, but now it's thimble size. I just can't justify going tothem any more, except on "special" occasions or when road tripping and there's c*p else to eat. Too bad, inflation, so sad. Read more
Initial visit to this location, just got a peanut butter shake. Was 130pm, but they were still quite busy like they were still... in a lunch rush. Took 10 minutes to get my shake. It was good but for $6 I wish it was a little bigger. Read more
Food is great. $14 and change is a bit much for a burger and small fry, no drink... staff was great. If you take it to go, its... the 2nd best reason to keep paper towels in your vehicle ???????????? Read more
