We chose to stop by for a quick grab (bagel and cream cheese is not our choice for a proper meal but had to pick as we were in a... hurry). We were at the place right before they were closing at 3 pm, ordered food before cash counter closed and sat there toeat (with 1 senior and 1 toddler). One of the staff here was less courteous and she said they were closing and we had exactly 2minutes to eat since we insisted we want to eat there. We had to plead to the staff to get 15 minutes extra time to sit. Myexperience with other joints like Panera for example, has always been that they will let you eat once you have ordered your foodno matter if they are closing. So this has been a little harassing experience. We did sit and finish our meal but the feeling ofsomeone waiting for you to leave and having to gobble food is painful, especially with a senior and a toddler. There were twogirls and a guy. The guy was more respectful.The girl who gave us a time limit was obnoxious.I wish management takes note ofthis sort of behavior and provide their staff some advice. No one plans to be sitting and eating before the shop closes, but ifit happens the staff can be more polite especially with a senior and a toddler being part of the customers. Read more
I've lived in Staten Island, Queens, and Long Island. All 3 are serious about their bagels. Stopped here for breakfast for the... family while visiting my grandma. The bagels are legit. Still warm, soft and fresh on the inside and great outer layer. And thecounter people work fast. Going to come straight back next time when I visit. Will try a bacon egg and cheese next time and seehow that stands up :) Read more
Whatever you would like, it is just not going to happen. I had ordered a Hells Kitchen bagel but simply got a bagel with egg and... ham on it instead. For $8 there is no reason to skip out on every other ingredient with no communication whatsoever. Read more
Being a big foodie myself I had seen NY Bagel Factory pop up on many of the food pages I follow on Facebook and knew I had to... try it. So on a chilly Saturday morning I had a hankering for a bagel stuffed with cream cheese and knew I had to take thedrive. The customer service was great, they were extremely friendly and welcoming right when I walked in the door. They have ahuge variety of bagels, toppings and cream cheeses. Also a menu with breakfast sandwiches and a lunch menu too. I decided toorder a sesame bagel with avocado, tomato and scallion cream cheese. It was exactly what I expected. Fresh ingredients on abagel stuffed with cream cheese and toasted just right. They also had muffins and cookies that looked amazing and gigantic. Ireally have to say I'm highly impressed by this spot. Granted I only went once but I can't wait to go back and try some othercombinations and flavors and purchase a cookie or 4. Hehe Read more
Absolutely love this place. Would give them 10 stars just because they make coffee ice cubes! Thank you for being amazing and... bringing greatness to Framingham. I think this place has the closest to NY style bagels around - and I've tried a lot!! Their cream cheeses are great too -... especially the scallion. I've used them for catering platters too and it's always a hit. Read more
