DO NOT VISIT FRAMINGHAM BRANCH Framingham branch Olive Garden is one of the worst restaurant in terms of service, food,... ambience, hygiene. Our waiter almost threw soup on table because he was very busy. Didn't come to ask for grated cheese norbread was served. Didnt get plate or oil for a long time to eat bread. While waiting I have observed Servers scratches theirface, hair and put hand at inappropriate place. No one wears masks or seems wash hand. We asked for veggies in Build your ownPasta. Usually we get bowl of mix veggies for $3.49-$3.99. This time we were charged for each veggies seperately(receiptattached) and server didn't even notify us that they wil charge extra for each veggie. My wife and i came here for dinner. It was a bit slow so we were able to be seated immediately. The staff was very friendly and... all the food came out hot, quick and delicious. I would recommend checking this location out for a nice a dining experience. Read more

The food was decent but service was terrible. The server seemed good at first, very attentive to our special orders etc., but... once he got us our drinks and dropped us off our food we never saw him again. Our drinks sat empty for at least 20 minutes andhad to eat most of our meals without drinks. We thought maybe another server would help us since it was very obvious that weneeded some things, but they just ignored us. We finally decided to just pay at the table since we didn’t know when we wouldend up seeing our server again, and then we had to go find our own to go boxes since we wanted to take the rest of our mealshome. Never in my life have I ordered a meal at a restaurant and had the server not come back once to check and see how the mealwas or if I needed a refill. When you’re spending this much money on a meal you at least expect a drink refill. And it’s notlike we had mixed drinks, they were all soft drinks or water. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to avoid thisrestaurant. Very disappointed and even though the food was good it seemed like a waste of my money and time. Read more

I went to this place because I like Italian food. But they have lousy service. In the first place the host does not ask who is... first. She sits as she pleases and second. We were waiting 10 minutes for them to attend us and they attended first to otherpeople who arrived later. I asked to speak to the manager who didn't show up either. They are bad, bad and bad. The only thing Ican rescue is that it is not the only restaurant and fortunately with the best service. Read more

Clean, delicious food, great friendly service. The best Olive Garden on the east coast thus far.

Fantastic as always, we showed up an hour before close on Father's Day and were treated amazingly. The poor staff was exhausted... from a very busy shift but the smiles and promot service were there as always. 10/10 will definitely be back they helped make myfather's day late dinner with my son a special one. The salad and breadsticks are a must. The food is pretty good. I usually get cheese raviolis with meat sauce, chicken alfredo,... the five cheese ziti a la forno with chicken, or the create your own pasta. For dessert we love to get the tiramisu. Read more
