Very busy, but always so delicious. The staff were extremely short handed and had a full house (wait lines of 5 to 10 minutes... for some) and every table was full. The staff did an amazing job at handling it with grace, patience, and never once lacked inservice. Our waitress came and checked on us many times throughout our date and never let made us wait for anything (refills orsauces). I am incredibly pleased with the service I always get from this Unos location, but especially pleased with my dinnerlast night. Amazing job to the staff from the host to the waitress, down to the cooks and bussers. I didn't want to give any stars if I had how my pizza came out horrible all scrambled I ordered a large one a miniature pizza... came on top of that it was not what I ordered I never order again I never had such a negative experience in an establishment thesecond photo was supposed to be the extra one large I'm really outraged???????????????? 7/5/22 Took a while to be seated even though the restaurant was empty, the hostess was nowhere to be found. Once seated, the... service was below average. The food was good as usual, butmy drink was sad… there was hardly any Shirley in my temple :( Theservice took away from the overall experience. My children and I were seated close enough to the kitchen to overhear staffarguing and swearing back and forth. Read more

First time here. Good experience. Warm atmosphere for comfort food and drinks. Chicago deep dish style pizzas with good kid's... menu. Kids eat free on Tuesdays too. Service is good. Food is spot on. Free wifi and easy parking. Read more
I went to UNO on Tuesday for dinner. I like the atmosphere and staff that work there. I am from Mombasa Kenya, where... unfortunately there is no deep dish pizza, so I decided to get a large Chicago meat market pizza. Once Brittany took my order, arather annoying plump lady who had happened to be sitting next to me told me that there was another place I should go to eat. Iignored her and waited for my pizza. The pizza was very good so I asked Brittany for a dessert menu. To my surprise I sawsomething that resembled Viazi Karai, my favorite dish from back home, so I ordered the dough bites. When the dough bitesarrived I took one bite and was confused....there were no potatoes inside. The server kindly explained to me that dough bitesare only fried dough and they are not deep fried floured potatoes like viazi karai. I ate a couple, became full and asked for mybill. While waiting for the bill the annoying lady asked if she could eat the rest of my dough bites and I gave them to her. Shefinished before I got my bill. Overall great experience! Read more
