Tried to order at 9:08 and they pretended to be closed with all the lights off. A worker yelled when the window attendant... reponded on the intercom. Garbage. Theres literally an autofest going on and the mcdonalds next door is packed with cars lol.They turned the order screen and all parking lot lights off. Everyone in town avoids their lazy losers. You tend to get a better value per meal verses their competitor and food is on par or better sometimes. The problem is they have... the front counter cashier also taking the drive thru orders. Which results in orders getting mixed up or wrong and painfullyslow service. The drive thru is so slow at times I see people pull out and go to their competitor nextdoor. Read more
I understand that most businesses are short handed and the employees that they do have are working hard but when you place an... order and its on the screens that everyone looks at and they don't make your order thats bad. And when your standing at thecounter waiting for your oder and they still don't think to find out where your order is, thats bad. When you have to ask ifthey forgot your order and they have to be reminded what you ordered, thats bad. I asked for my money back which i got and shedid apologized but i walked away hungry and with a headache. Read more
I gave this a one star because this was by far the worst experience I've had at a Burger King. I didn't even rate the food... because I didn't even get to order anything. When we walked in, one of their screens was completely not working, the other onewas only half working. So we couldn't see their menus. We asked them if they had had a value menu. She said yes they did. One ofthe items she mentioned was a rodeo burger. So we ordered rodeo burgers and a couple of other items and it came to over 27. Weasked her how much the rodeo burger was and she said over $3. We asked her what made her think that would be considered a valueitem? This was ultimately our fault because we should have asked for prices for everything before placing the order. Butnonetheless, we ended up canceling the order and getting a full refund and going somewhere else. I can't say that she was rude,but she was not professional at all. And her shirt was completely stained. The store just seemed dirty. Sorry for the long postbut I felt it necessary to explain in further detail about why I rated this a 1. Read more
