I came in for lunch last week when I didn?t have much time. I was nervous if I stopped for lunch I would be late to my meeting... (I was the last time). I had plenty of time though! The service was fast. The staff was friendly. My Turkey Tom tasted great.I?m not sure if it?s new management or what but this store has really turned a corner. The service was great, the subs were great but every table was dirty. There was only one staff member on break at 1 of the... tables. Every empty table was just filthy. Even the chairs had food on them. There were 4 people there but I guess none of themknew how to keep a clean dining room. Also the drink area was very dirty as well. Read more
Great staff super friendly and fast! My only complaint is the cups... Am I the only one who gets like a leaky cup EVERY time I... get a drink from there? I think they need to update them or w.e. cuz they be leaking lol Read more
Food is usually good. But the wait time is CRAZY. It's not freaky fast its freaky slow. Over an hour 9x out of 10. I just make... sure to order lunch waaay ahead of time now. Read more
Foods great when it's right. The last incident was when I ordered my lunch ahead of time. When I went to pick it up it was not... ready and was told I should return in 15mins. I work near so while a inconvenience not a big deal. When I returned after 15minsthe girl working inside started panicking. She ran in the back and then came back out only to throw together my sandwich in 30seconds as I watched. The sandwich in the photo is what I got. I have had other issues such as a sandwich contain tomatoes whenI ask for it to not good thing I'm not allergic. A piece of wax paper left on the cheese in the actual sandwich. Overall theworst quality control from a chain restaurant I have seen. Owners Reply: With respect this is already a review / feedback. Ifeel like I have already done enough to get my point across. Fun place. Great food. Service was quick and accurate. Plenty of options available for sandwiches and chips.
