McDonald's needs to get rid of the kiosk ordering system. We placed our order then someone brought it out to us, forgetting our... drink cups. Then they brought our cups and we had to get up to get our drinks. If you are going to ask what I would like todrink at the kiosk then supply the cup at the kiosk. The fries were cold and we had to clean our table. Won't make that mistakeagain. Read more
Got all the way home and they gave us a completely different order then we ordered. Tried to call but got no answer for almost 2... hours now. Still trying. Read more
Even thou they were having issues with there computers they did awesome and I love here food.
This is a great McDonalds. I like the Bavarian theme, perfect for Frankenmuth. Our egg McMuffins were fresh and delicious.... Staff was friendly and helpful. Read more
This location specifically really has it together. I have been going to this McDonalds for about 10 years and they have never... failed to amaze me with their speed of service, food quality, consistency, and fantastic customer service. I?ve never had anorder that was made incorrectly and I?ve ordered from this location hundreds of times over the past 10 years. Whoever owns thislocation should be super proud of their staff and management as they all do such an excellent job. This restaurant location just underwent a major renovation and looks amazing! Very clean and feels open and airy. It does have a... playland in case you need to let your kids get some energy out before the trip home. Overall a great location and great food; Idefinitely recommend. ???????? Read more
The food is at least fresh but I've yet to go here and not be missing something. This time I got a 6 piece happy meal with the... extra fries. Got 5 nuggets in the happy meal box and no fries. Just a box of nuggets in a happy meal box. Luckily I orderedfries with my food I can share. Always missing items though, make sure you check everything. Read more
