I personally went there only a few times and had only good experience. Yesterday (10/19/22) I had a pleasure to meet a great... team of workers with excellent attitude and customer service. I'm done with this particular Chipotle. I've been going there for a number of years. Recently though they have become rather... stingy with the amount of food they give you. I had a bowl with about a half a scoop of rice, very little of the steak andhonestly just short on all of the ingredients. Sad how poor this Chipotle has become. Read more

The worst of all Chipotle?s I have been too. On bowls, they give approximately half the servings of other chipotle?s. When I... mentioned it, the girl rolled her eyes and said ?I can give you more, but will have to charge you more? I said every otherchipotle I go to doesn?t do that, and she says ?then maybe you should go back there?. Not the best Chipotle Grill! First off I was the only guest in the restaurant. The girl who was taking my order was either not... listening or did not care about what I was asking her for on my burrito. She was throwing the condiments on it like there were aline of people behind me. I did say to her "Slow down, it's not like there's a line!". Her reply was that she had to get me outwithin 30 seconds! Come on Chipotle, I think it would be OK if you spend a few seconds more to get the guests what they wanted.I did get the free guac from the app but she wanted to charge me for it because she said it was in the burrito. Ordered veggie burrito and veggie quesadilla. However, there were a few pieces of meat in both. This is clear cross... contamination. Happened once in this location and twice on the Lagrange Chipotle location. This place is just not meant forvegetarians due to food handling issues by the staff. Read more
