Stopped to dine in for dinner. About 6 pm. Burgers were very fresh and tasty! French fries were Awful! They tasted like they... had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time! Very hard! Unbeatable! Staff was too busy visiting to care about thefood! Read more

I liked it. I would compare it to a place like schools. Although I would say that the prices are more then McDonald's....but... the food seemed to have a better quality. I guess it tasted fresh. Read more

I like the food better than McDonalds and other fast food burger options. And the cheese curds are delicious. But the service... is always so slooowwww. Doesn?t matter if it?s drive-thru or you come inside. They are understaffed. The employees try theirbest, and in my experience acknowledge and apologize for the wait. So I can't get mad at them, but they really need one or twomore bodies working, especially around lunch time on the weekends. I?m here right now on a Saturday at lunch time, and twogroups of people waiting in the line ahead of me both left. There was no one even taking orders at the counter for a solid 5minutes. Appears she's working the drive-through, making all the ice cream/milk shake orders, and working the inside counter. Iwould have left too, but my son really wants to eat here and will cry if I go back to the car. Please staff up your restaurant(and pay them a decent wage!). Read more

Dined in the other day before dinner rush. Three employees working hard, but they couldn't keep up with the drive-thru and few... counter orders. Our burgers were not hot and we waited a long time considering we were one of two families dining in. It seemedlike a manager was seated at a table trying to conduct one-on-one meetings with the already busy employees. It took forever forour ice cream order because the poor guy kept getting interrupted with other kitchen/customer business. Floors and booths allneeded a wipe down. Napkin dispensers empty. We went back tonight for just pumpkin pie concretes, and they told us they weren'tavailable because the pie was frozen? Huh?? Also, a looong wait at the drive-thru just to be told they couldn't serve the onlything we wanted... Read more

First time here and it was fantastic. The food is much better than I was expecting for this type of restaurant. The price is... very reasonable for the location and product. It's pretty clean inside and out. The manager was very friendly. Great experienceall around. Read more

I was there on Monday August 8th Around 12:45 maybe 1pm it took a little bit to get my food but it was hot and the same woman... that greeted me did apologize for the wait and I told her I see she?s short staffed but they were hustling back there. Food wasdelicious by the way fries hot burger hot custard nice and creamy. But I did whiteness a very ignorant guest demanding a refundhe was given said refund and was told have a good day. He continued to try to belittle this woman and as an adult he should beshamed of himself. I appreciate this Freddy?s this is the only one I go to now. I don?t know her name but I just want to saythank you for your service and don?t let one ignorant person ruin your smile. Read more

This was our first visit to any Freddy?s back on July 10 and upon arrival I was discussing the menu with my young daughter and... someone who I thought was a patron eating dinner with her family chimed in to assist with the menu and tell me all the kids menuoptions and go over everything including things to do in the area as we?re from Northwest IN. Come to find out this was theAssistant Manager Gwen who had just clocked out for the day. I warned her we had a very large party arriving and it was all ourfirst time. Gwen not only hopped back up to assist her crew, she did so happily and eagerly. She helped everyone out patientlyand with a smile giving us recommendations. She even made the atmosphere more energetic handing out balloons to the kiddos andmade the birthday boy?s day with a whipped cream surprise. What manager goes above and beyond like this AFTER CLOCKING OUT, witha smile, with a LARGE party? Typically we?d get eyes rolled at us as we enjoy being together as a family but suffer through rudestaffing at other places. Everyone should take a lesson in customer service from Gwen. Give her a raise and promotion. Sheshould be heading up HR. Truly. Such a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again! Also this burger wasdelicious and IMO beats culvers steak and shake and even my favorite schoops!! That says a lot! Read more
